Hi! I would like to join again (Nov wasn't pretty). I'm in for 1000 minutes. I walked for 20 minutes today.

I'm in again! Though I fell about 100 shy of my November goal, I'm going to up my December aspirations. Like Rose, I've got 2 very long runs and I'll be counting the minutes of all the physical therapy type exercises I was supposed to be doing but have been slacking off of. :rolleyes:
December goal is 1500.

Off to a good start with a long run today!

I'm in again this month. We leave on vacation (not WDW this year - Texas) and will be gone from the 18th until the end of the month. Although I plan to work out on vacation, I'm going to set my goal at 1800 and attempt to get in all 1800 before we leave.

Yesterday:

Walk: 30 minutes
Run: 105 minutes

Today:
Walk: 93 minutes

My ultimate goal for Dec-Feb is to shed some extra pounds to get to a better running weight before any races I sign up for next year. I have about 15 to lose. I want to do the wine & dine again in November and probably the Pittsburgh half in May and I have a hard time losing weight when running the high mileage. Maintaining, yeah because I burn off what I eat, but I can never get to a deficit without feeling too weak. So I hope this challenge helps me keep focused during the :santa:

Hi again everyone, glad to see we're coming back for more! Fighting my IT band, but WILL hit that 1200 minute goal this time around, for sure! Have 3 5k's coming up, a 10k, and then another half in March. Nothing like paying registration fees to keep you moving. Good luck everybody, WE GOT THIS!!!!

I'm back in this month! I've missed the last two months :(

I'm going to try for 1200 since I am registered for the princess half and with less than 3 months left I need to get serious.

Today was 117 minute walk/run. 7.9 miles!

Total of 117 / 1200

Alright, I'm going to try 1500 again this month. I will do that this month!! :cheer2:
My gym is doing a "Fit for the Holidays" challenge, so I have extra motivation through the 23rd.
 
Updating again for myself:

I'm at 90/800. I ate homemade chocolate cake this weekend, and the scale isn't loving me today! Gotta get that exercise train trucking!!

I am going to set a very realistic goal, especially since life is going to be crazy.

I am in for 1200 minutes.
 
I was very, very, very short for November.

However. I love the idea, and I'm going to try again. With a smaller goal.

Going for 600 this month.

12/2 - 20 minutes of abs and strength training

So... 20/800

Hopefully the doc will clear me for full exercising tomorrow and I can start building up minutes.:thumbsup2 It's nearly killing me to not run in this beautiful unusual December weather! Otherwise it's going to be a long December of lifting weights and crunches to get to that 800. (Although i think walking all over Legofest and Locomotion weekend for hours and hours should count! :cool1:)
 
Update for December so far:

Saturday - 60 mins elliptical
Today - 20 mins elliptical + 45 mins kettlebells (& planks, push-ups & plank-ups) w/Killer Kyle

Total to date 125/1200.
