My ultimate goal for Dec-Feb is to shed some extra pounds to get to a better running weight before any races I sign up for next year. I have about 15 to lose. I want to do the wine & dine again in November and probably the Pittsburgh half in May and I have a hard time losing weight when running the high mileage. Maintaining, yeah because I burn off what I eat, but I can never get to a deficit without feeling too weak. So I hope this challenge helps me keep focused during the![]()

Hi again everyone, glad to see we're coming back for more! Fighting my IT band, but WILL hit that 1200 minute goal this time around, for sure! Have 3 5k's coming up, a 10k, and then another half in March. Nothing like paying registration fees to keep you moving. Good luck everybody, WE GOT THIS!!!!
