I know it is late but can I join? I so need to start really exercising again. I was doing very well- 30 minutes a day 5 days a week until we moved. Nothing in 4 months.
I think I will go with 300 minutes as a goal- that would be 30 minutes a day for 10 days- even with the holidays I can manage that.
