December Exercise Challenge - our bellies should NOT jiggle like a bowlful of Jelly!!

Wow, decisions, decisions..........I didn't make goal last month........but, I want to do more this month, so.............I'll go for 1500 minutes to bring in the new year!!:cool1:

12/3.......................60 minutes
12/7.......................75 minutes
12/9.......................60 minutes
12/10......................40 minutes
12/12......................30 minutes

I know it is late but can I join? I so need to start really exercising again. I was doing very well- 30 minutes a day 5 days a week until we moved. Nothing in 4 months.

I think I will go with 300 minutes as a goal- that would be 30 minutes a day for 10 days- even with the holidays I can manage that.

Glad to see everyone is off to a GREAT start! I can't believe Christmas Eve is one week from today.

Even harder to believe is that my baby, my DD is 17 today! Wow!! I feel OLD!!!!!

And I look even older....Yesterday we had a snow day which is the 2nd in the 8 yrs I've lived here, so DD & I took the Husky walking & took pics. I look about 60 instead of 48 in them. :scared1:

Haven't updated in a loooong time...

But I am at 1380/1500 so I am pretty confident that I will reach goal this month.
