December Exercise Challenge - our bellies should NOT jiggle like a bowlful of Jelly!!

Hi! I just found this thread and I needed something to get me moving again, so what a great way, with the DIS! :thumbsup2 I joined the gym in September, but have only gone ONCE since then! I will start my number off low because of that fact I guess. How does 750 sound for my first time actually keeping track of numbers?

Wow, decisions, decisions..........I didn't make goal last month........but, I want to do more this month, so.............I'll go for 1500 minutes to bring in the new year!!:cool1:

Off to update. Looks like we are off to a good start!

Yes, I was due for a tetanus shot & had one at Urgent Care on Sunday Morning.....11 hrs later. I just couldn't handle going to ER & paying $150 for it. $50 was bad enough!!

I just cancelled my WW as I never seem to have time to go, so I'm on my own now, with my WISH buddies. Unfortunately, I see that the gym will likely have to go early next year as well due to budget cuts at DH work( I'm a SAHM). Since I'm the only one who goes to the gym it's stupid to pay $90/mo for a family membership. HOpefully I can keep a single.
