December is upon us with the constant temptations of Holiday Parties, sweets everywhere and business beyond belief. Time to take charge of the exercise & make sure not to enter 2009 not resembling that Jolly Old Elf when we wear red!!

I'm in for 1500 which may be tough as I stepped on a nail last night so I won't be able to start until late this week or early next, but I REALLY need it!!

I have a long Christmas break this year, so I'll have time for more exercise this month.
I think I'm going to try for 1800 minutes.

I'm going to go for 1265 this month, and that will bring me to my original goal of 10,000 minutes for the year. It's more than I usually do, but if I do 60 minutes 20 days, I can make it.

I am in for 1500 again this month.

January means I have to go back to my normal 2000, but these last few I have had to back off due to holidays, travel, vacation, etc. I miss being able to get my full workouts in!

Count me in Julie. Now that I have a gym membership, there's really no excuse not to. I'm setting my goal a little low, so that I can actually make and surpass it.

Ok -here goes...750 minutes and I already did 75 minutes on Monday 12/1. yeah for me!
 
Thanks for starting this again! I have a long holiday break this year, so that means I'll be able to work-out more. I'm in for 1700. My goal for December is to NOT gain any weight and maybe just maybe loose the last 4 pounds that I need to loose to get to my goal weight.
