December code watch?

Hoping for a code as well. Booked Wilderness Lodge for the fist time but no garden views available for Dec. 16-19, so paying for a woods view. Would love to save some $ if it happens. Either way, we are thrilled to experience the Wilderness Logde since we usually stay at the Poly.

Could someone explain or help me understand a bit more about the codes? From what I understand...A code is put out and if you have already booked a trip without the code, they will refund the difference? What types of rates our we looking at? And how often does a non- AP code come out? And when would one for June 2007 be seen? You are all full of such wonderful knowledge! I wish I had found this site before our June 2006 trip!

I don't mean to discourage you but any codes will most likely have a black out for that week. We stayed at POP last year during Christmas week & paid above rack because AAA used an outside vendor that actually holds rooms & charges more for them. We booked it as a pkg & got a really great deal on the airfare so we kept the reservation but we asked both AAA & CRO & they said that it is rare to be offered a discount during Christmas week.

In the past though, as long as you checked in by a certain date-Christmas,I think-there were some discounts. Check out the historical discounts on mousesavers. Right now, we're booked at rack rate but hoping for something!

To me, "Port Orleans-Riverside" sounds like some sort of industrial shipping dock... BLECH. I'm so glad I got plenty of DxL stuff while it was still around! Drinking out of my DxL coffee mug right now.

And now our dates have changed from 11/30-12/4 to 12/7-12/11. And of course, Southwest's schedule currently goes through December 10th...

Yuppers! as soon as I found out that the powers that be have chosen to change the name of our beloved resort, I told the family NO MORE DRINKIN FROM THOSE MUGS!!!

Oh and as far as flying we are in the same boat We leave the 8th (got good rate for that day) and come back the 11

Subscribing - We are planning on going from Dec 14 to Dec 17, staying at WL. DH and I are getting seasonal passes for us and 3 day park hoppers for the girls from the Disney Store. Are the AP codes good for Seasonal Pass holders too?

All I want for Christmas is an annual passholder rate! We are booked through DU at WL, courtyard view, with an AAA rate 12/13 to 12/18. I would be soooo happy to get an annual passholder rate as an early Christmas present!

Just read on another thread that the poster spoke with Disney today and the 2007 packages come out monday or tuesday of next week!!! So, this should mean good news for december codes as well!!
