just booked a a cruise for a 3 night so it would be b2b with 12/9. Anyone here done that? Do they make you disembark the ship or would they let me stay on board? BTW its 3 nights after the 4 nights.

That's cool! They used to let you stay onboard but recently changed that. YOu may want to check out the Passporter website for info on that. That's where I saw the article on the change.

CRSNDSNY - I made mine last night. I was able to get Palo Brunch. I wanted it last year but wasnt able to get it. I also got the stingray adventure and tube rentals. I am as set as I can get on that end.

We got back from Pigeon Forge last night about 7:00 and our office had been broken into. Thank goodness the safe was visible when you come in and that is all they got...we think. Nothing else noticeable yet. They must have thought they hit the jackpot because they didnt mess with the computer or checks or tools. The safe was empty so the are probably pretty ticked...serves them right! We are having a security gate put up this week and adding an alarm. I am hoping to get this done by Friday when we go out of town again. We had a wonderful, peaceful and very enjoyable 4 days in the mountains. We went to Dollywood which was fun but it isnt Disney by far. I was very surprised at the attitude of the workers. Not very friendly as we are used to. That was the childrens first comments. However, we had a ball. Gatlinburg was alot of fun and walking. Everyone did the skylift but Howard. He is such a daredevil but terrified of heights. Best part of the trip.....My love of my life bought me a 55 thunderbird!!!!!! It is my all time favorite car. He drove it home.

Less than 90 days everyone.......I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Logging in" here, latecomer just made our ressie today. First cruise. Have only made it through the first NINE pages of this post so far, anything I need to know??

Would love to "introduce" my kids to some new friends...dd is 4 and ds is 7. They don't know yet, but we are hinting about it, just not saying it's anytime soon...

We are also celebrating our 20th anniversary which was in July but totally overlooked. (Yes, we were married 13 years before we became parents. Late bloomers. )

Totally unprepared! But know where to come for the good info anyway!

Lake fairy (did I get that right?) I see you're in ME. We will be driving from Canada, so far looking for a good "ding!" from Manchester NH--do you have your airfare booked yet? Have considered Allegiant from Bangor also, but still biding our time for now.

I've heard so much about the "show" at Animator's Palate I don't want to miss it! I'm not eligible to reserve anything til 75 days out, I think, given that I'm definitely NOT cat 1-3, or a returning guest...

Welcome! I'm with you - can't make ressies until 9/25. I am cruising with daughter and grandson Age 4 (I'm sure he would love to meet your DD and DS.) We decided to try for Palo ressie for the 3rd night. It wouldn't matter what the rotation is because that night you eat in the same restaurant as the night before. I know that is Pirate night, but if we can get an early ressie, we can still make it in time for the deck party.

Hi everyone!!! Well the date to make ressies crept up on me and I actually forgot Monday was the day!!! I made reservations for the bike/snorkeling/tube rental at castaway cay. Facial for myself on the "at sea" day and I registerd DS for the kids club. We will get the trike rentals when we get to castaway. I think this is all we are planning on doing. Last year we did way to much, this time I want to spend more time doing activities on the ship and browsing around Nassau. I debated about Atlantis, but I have no regrets about not booking it.

I want to spend more time sleeping in, staying up late, hitting the movies, going to the seminars, browsing the ship, sitting on deck 4, taking time for myself, Christmas shopping in Nassau, skipping dining to just eat an informal hamburger on deck-----my list could go on and on!!! This trip isn't about seeing everything, because this time around I know that this cruise won't be my last, I am hooked!!!!

I ended up getting my ideal time for Palo brunch as well as a Palo dinner reservation for Nassau night. We're still not sure if we will follow through on the dinner - we'll figure that out after we board. I was also able to book a pedicure for my husband as he's ALWAYS wanted one! He'll do that the morning of the day at sea. I'll get the rainforest pass while onboard. That's my favorite!

We do not plan on debarking for Nassau and will stay onboard. My MOm and her boyfriend will do the Discover Atlantis excursion. I also logged on as my MOm and got her Palo brunch and dinner as well as the Castaway Cay Cabana massages.

I can't believe how close we're getting! I'm so psyched!!!

I thought you could only do Palo once?

My dh did a pedicure before our last trip to Fl last winter...he loved it. Said it was the closest he'd ever come to cheating on me in his heart!

I took my son to get a pedicure and he loves it. My DH had a fit because "that is for girls". My son told him to believe what he wanted to that it was awesome. On Fridays, our nail place is almost all men in the pedicure chairs. I contemplated on a massage but I did it last year along with the facial and I dont want to do it alone. It was wonderful but I had rather be with William.

Our Palo brunch is at noon and I was satisfied with that. I want to do the sun kats on Castaway Cay but you have to do that when you get there.

PrincessDi - You have the right idea...I just dont know that I have the rest and relaxation in me. We (the whole family) is all about going going going on a trip. Saying that, a cruise is the most relaxed even doing alot of stuff that I have ever seen my husband. NO PHONES is the key for us.

Well we spent our weekend at the hospital with my mom. She had a double masectomy 2 years ago and last week they found a lession on her brain. For the next 5 weeks she will be have radiation. Please keep us in your thoughts.

I can't wait for December to get here, I am starting to worry about the weather though, the prediction is a hard winter like we had last year.

Just wanted to check in to keep our board going!!

PrincesDi - I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. We will definitely be praying for her, the Doctors and your whole family.

Dont stress over the weather if it is like what it was last year. If you are talking about on the cruise itself it will be perfect. We went on this exact cruise (one day difference 12-10) last year. If you are talking about getting out of your hometown that may be different. I worry about that myself every time we go to Disney. Our first trip it snowed three days before we left and I cried my eyes out. We did get to leave though.

Fun planning thing--I booked dd (4) for a "coach" package at Bibbiti Bobbiti Boutique on the morning of the 9th. Planning on a quick run through DTD on the way to the port, we are arriving in Tampa the night before. So I'll be the one with the gorgeous little princess! (Ok, not the only one! )
