Happy Monday :crazy2:

I so wanted to stay home today and just lay around.....

But I decided to be a good employee and show up....;):thumbsup2

Have a good day

:wave2:

Good Morning, hope everyone had a great weekend. Ours was pretty uneventful (yay) Saturday finally got the garage organized, house is almost done. Sunday we went to EPCOT for the morning and left at 11 when the crowds started picking up.

No anacondas lying in wait? :faint:

:lmao:

I'm sad today. I'm sad I'm sitting here instead of sitting at home working on Disney plans, whatever they may be.
Thinking of using our points in May to go to Vero Beach as a change of pace.

No, just crazed EPCOT guests. :scared1:

And I am constantly looking at the grass when I have to walk through it.

Ok I'm jealous.....

I was going to say the same thing Stephanie did, those crazed Epcot people can be just as scary...

Those are just about as scary!!!

It's funny, in the past we were always so busy trying to see and do as much as possible we were probably one of the crazed. Now that we go so often we take our time and really get to see and watch the craziness. It's so much fun...:rotfl2: We are also enjoying seeing little things for the first time because we flew right past them.

But I still go straight to Soarin first thing to get the fast pass, hate to wait in that line. Then we walk over to Test Track and do the single rider line, usually a walk on.

We did Ellen's Energy Adventure which we hadn't done in a long time. We love Ellen but this ride really needs some updating.

I think I need some cruise pixie dust. I am really looking forward to the cruise but I am not as hyped as I usually am.

Well here is some pixiedust: however, if you really think about it...we still have awhile before the cruise, 3.5 months but still...so you will most likely start getting more hyped when we get a little closer....October/November....
:confused3 oh well, that is just my thought....

Oh yes and I love soaring....one of my favorites....
Have not been on the new test track yet....

It's sort of understandable, you've been so focused on your move and getting settled and everything, the cruise sort of is on autopilot in some ways. I'm having a similar issue in that I have the trip in October and the family trip/cruise in January and the DDiLs are taking a lot of my energy and time with that. I'd be awfully pleased with a little bit of help. I ask and ask and ask...and end up doing everything myself.

So here's a little cruise pixie dust for all of us!!! pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust:pixiedust:

I just feel like I have so much going on before the cruise.....my son's wedding is 3 weeks away..I am getting very excited about that.

Then the new grandbaby in November. I have that trip to plan for.

Then when I get back from Seattle, about a week here, then leave for the cruise.

So as excited as I am for the cruise, I am starting to really focus on the wedding right now.

But even so....I just so love talking Disney and cruising.

::yes::

Funny story...(or at least I do)

My friend here at work, she is the one going on the carnival cruise next week and her husband had to back out because he boss would not let him go.

anyway, her son and his girlfriend are also going on this cruise, now he had done 4 carnival cruises...he loves to cruise and is hooked on them. anyway, he happened to catch last week on the destination channel Disney cruise line, now he soooo wants to do a Disney cruise, so I have been feeding them info, he is so excited, he wanted to book something last week.

I think its funny, this is someone, that wants nothing to do with Disney parks, he's a young man 31 years old, not married yet, but after watching this he really wants to go, plus he tells my friend, lets add on the parks to the trip. She is stunned. She tried talking him into this before and he wanted nothing to do with this.....
so of course I keep feeding the fire and sending her home with tons more info.

I'm thinking if our boss lets us both take off, I may book and go with them...

gotta go
:wave2:

I know what you mean--we're going to a wedding in Seattle over Labor Day weekend, and since we'll be up that way, we're going to cruise to Alaska on the Carnival Miracle (almost bookends the season as we went on the first sailing out back in April/May). When we return from that we go to Reno for another wedding. Then we go to WDW with my daughter and son-in-law. After that we go to So Cal and DLR with my mom. And this is all in John's first few months of retirement :) I'm sure the time until our cruise on the Fantasy will fly!

I am a bit disappointed in that we'll be cruising Tracy Arm the day our reservation opportunities open. Will just have to hope for the best!

I must agree that we love cruising with Disney but we also love to cruise. Sometimes the deals on other cruise lines are just too good to miss and Disney cruises can be a bit pricey (even though there's lots of neat stuff included). I have to say we haven't been on a cruise yet that we didn't enjoy!
