DECEMBER 6, 2009 Winter WONDERland sailing!!!

Another naive question from the disboards newbies...This is our first involvement in the FE - how many gifts do we need - 1 per cabin or 1 per person in each cabin?

Also, any guidence on what is an acceptable gift or any direction on how much to spend on each gift? Any information would be appreciated.

It is totally up to you. Some people do 1 gift per cabin, some 1 gift per person, some do children only. There is no set rules or $ amount. Whatever you choose and are comfortable with, just have fun. That is the only rule

Well I thought things were alot better than last time. We were here in New Jersey two years ago and the lines were terrible. We were able to go out for 3:30 and back home by 7:00 with everything I wanted. There were no lines except for people waiting for the big ticket items which I didn't need. Besides, I couldn't buy too much as we are driving to Florida from here and have all our "stuff" for our Disney trip. But, it was fun!!

That's great.. I just was so busy with other things I did not make it out. It will have to wait until we get back from Disney.

I was hoping that Princess and the Frog would be playing but can't wait to see Christmas Carol and Old Dogs.

If you have excursions booked in Nassau please double check that they are still being offered DCL has suspended some of the excursions due to the areas they were going to. We aren't going ashore but had called to ask a question about something else and saw the link on the Main DCL board so asked the rep who verified they are modifying/suspending some of the excursions!

Also sounded like they added a film called Surrogates? sounded from the online description something they'd show later at night for the adults as its rated PG-13.

Also the Premear at Sea for TP&TF will be on the 11th so we miss it by 1 day

Hi all who haven't left yet - we need to print our magnets and I am looking for advice on how to do that.

Staples and Michaels both sell Printable Magnet Paper, We used that to make our Door Signs. We just slipped the paper into our Deskjet Printer and printed them onto the paper.

I got designs made by other DISer's on the Main Cruise Board and in the DISign Forum.

The paper was $12 or $13 from what I can remember. My paper from staples had 4 sheets of Magnet paper in it, I bought 2 packs but only used 1. I am returning the other for a refund.
