**December 2016 Check In!**

Yes, it will be crazy. I always feared going during a known "crazy" time, but I went last week and experienced insanely busy days for some strange reason - the CMs all compared it to the crowds of winter and spring break, and ya know what? It wasn't terrible. In fact, we had a great time! So I was pleasantly surprised that that was the level of crazy people described because it was manageable. We started early (we actually had magic morning) and utilized the heck out of the fast pass system and took nice long afternoon breaks and we waited very little in lines and altogether had a blast! So, I'm glad you're going despite the known crowd levels. Have a good touring plan. (My kids are 5 and 8 and I can share mine with you) and know EXACTLY how fast passes work! And it would be great to book a show! We did WOC Dessert Party (awesome!) and once they finally release the holiday schedule, see if they have preferred viewing dining packages for PtN as I'm sure it'll be running while you're there! Have fun!! I am definitely planning on taking my kids next year during winter break now that I know I can handle the crowds!

I would LOVE your touring plan! my kids are 1612 and five so we have a big age gap at the five-year-old tends to go with the flow so I'm not too worried about it. We're just trying to decide if we should take her umbrella stroller are not. great attitude you have

I made tentative dining reservations but I'm waiting to see what the park hours are going to be that first week in December. We would like at least one of our dining reservations (Napa Rose) to be close to when the park hours end. I'm not sure what their last reservation time is, though, and right now all I could get was 7:30.

Well, it looks like my daughter and I may be going in early December! I'm sitting outside of Indiana Jones as I write this! LOL! I'm planning this as a "make up" trip because this one has been so tough.

I'm thinking about the week of 12/4 - 12/10. It'll be just the two of us so she doesn't have to spend the trip chasing two 70 year old women on scooters who don't listen or pay attention. This trip has been a lesson in frustration to say the least. My aunt is well known thought out the parks after she took out several stantions when we did the Visa M&G.

Yippie a repeat trip !!!

Although sorry to hear you've had a tough trip.

Deep breath ..... sending Pixie Dust your way.

Congrats on the baby!!!! My baby girl is turning 6 months old this week! My very generous friend just sent me a full ADORABLE Minnie Mouse costume for her for our trip, complete with Minnie ears, dress, & shoes. Omgosh cant wait to get her in it!!!! I hope shes not scared of Minnie when she sees her. She has her plush Mini-Minnie by her side constantly hahaha. Anyone been there for Christmas meals? Debating what to do about food for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Brief research has led me to the PCH Grill Buffet, or Catal (DTD???), Carthay Circle - which I guess includes WOC, not sure if that's something we're going to be in to, or maybe Café Orleans?

I got the go-ahead from my boss for the extra time off. Yay!

Our "do-over" trip is on the books! My daughter and I will be staying at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel Dec 4-10. We've never been to DL in December, so I'm excited!

Now I just have to figure out flights and transportation on the super cheap. I can't really afford this trip, but I just felt the need to make it up to my daughter. In case you were wondering, I do not recommend a trip with two 70 year old toddlers on scooters.

Yay ! Glad you got the extra time to do a return trip.

Traveling with strollers, scooters or any one with needs that are different from yours can be a challenge. Even just different interests, energy levels, food choices etc can be a challenge when traveling with others. Definitely something to keep in mind when scheduling a trip.

Wishing you and your daughter lots of fun during the Holiday Season at Disneyland.

Yeah, I have to use a scooter to visit the parks myself. The challenge I was having was the not listening, not being willing to make a decision, running off in the wrong direction all time (my daughter spent most of her time chasing one or both of them down). And the whining. I wasn't really kidding when I said 70 year old toddlers. I think toddlers would have been easier because then I wouldn't have had to walk on egg shells all the time. When my aunt crashed into the baby stroller, with baby inside, and started laughing and saying how it was his first thrill ride, my daughter lost it (she turned 10 during our trip). Then my aunt came whining to me about how she got yelled at. You would think she would have learned to go slow after she took out three stansions and ropes at the visa m&g, but no, she kept turning the speed up. Every time my daughter turned her speed down, I would get a dirty look.

Sorry, I just went off on a rant. There was so much more, but I will quit my own whining!
