Just called too. No pins. I have a vacation booked for Sept as backup to December with free dinning but we went last year during Sept and want to go in Dec. I wonder if Disney would send a pin code out if we have a vacation booked for Sept with free dinning and a saved vacation for December on our profile?

That would stink, as we are arriving on the 14th. My nephew has exams on the 13th, so we can't leave a day early.

Please no flames, but this is what we are going to have to do. We have 2 rooms with pin code for FD starting Dec 13. Myself, and 3 of the kids (one is an adult listed on the second room) will check in on the 13th and DH and 2 kids who have finals will arrive Dec 15. We have done this before. With such a large family and some in high school and college and 2 in grade school, it is very hard to get everyone to go at the same time!!!

No flaming here. However, you may want to double check on that just to be sure (always better to be safe than sorry). I called Disney today to find out if we had a FD pin code yet, which we didn't (bummer). I then asked if we did get one for FD can my mom and brother also use it even though they have their own separate reservation. I was told by the CM that we can do up to 3 rooms, but all parties must arrive the same day.

I received an email a couple of weeks ago for 30% off that was specific to a resort that we're not staying at (it was from a saved vacation). It was good for other resorts but unfortunately only for a suite or 1 bedroom villa. I just called and the cast member I spoke with said I didn't have any pin codes right now but there are a bunch going out and to keep my eyes on my email and mailbox. Fingers crossed they're sending out a bunch of 30% off or FD pins!

If it comes to that, we may have to split up. My nephew is 21, and his friend who is going along is 25, so they are more than capable of flying down themselves. But it is just more fun if we can all go together.

Question: The way my reservation is set up it is 2 rooms, but under 1 reservation number. Will they let me check in for both rooms, even if there is Free Dining involved?

Right now it is me and my dad in one room, my nephew and his friend in the other. Should I have my TA change it so that my dad is listed on the other room, as he would fly down with me a day early if we need to check in by the 13th to get Free Dining?

And how would we go about getting the other 2 to WDW the next day? Is there some way they could still use DME? Wouldn't they be listed as coming in the day before still?

I haven't seen a recent post on this, but I had actually multiple emails from Disney Destinations today, and one of them included the Free Dining plan for select dates in November and December.

What was odd though was that it said to be sure to reference your PIN code when making reservations but no PIN code was included with my email. Also, the offer didn't specifically state which dining plan was being offered and for which resort levels. It almost seemed like I was getting an advance email on an upcoming offer. Here it is:

I love reading through this site, everyone is feeling so magical. I'm readingabout these pins. I booked through a travel agent today. Is it still possible for WDW to send me a pin? Or do they only do that if i call and make our reservations personally? Thanks

After emailing my TA I did call WDW Reservations and a CM told me that I did have a Pin Code assigned and gave me the #. I forwarded it to my TA and even on her off day she called and rebooked our vacation from room only to a MYW package with free dining. Just found out a couple minutes ago.

I can't believe how well it worked out Total happy dance going on right now. In 2010 we were arriving a day prior to FD being offered, so we had to book two reservations, a resort only for one night and then a MYW package with free dining for the rest of our stay. Fortunately we didn't have to relocate rooms.

This year we were hoping to go down the Friday after Thanksgiving and that is the start date for one of the offer windows, so we get a 10 day package with free dining, that's almost $1,900 in savings. Even if we got a 30% code for POR that would still only amount to about $60 p/night savings or about $600 total, which is great, but the $1,900 is better, especially that DD #1 will be 10 and considered to be an adult.

Totally pumped right now! I can actually make dining reservations at the 180 day mark for a change instead of the usual 30-60 days.

Got a FD pincode in my email, but in my mom's name because we used my email for her reservation last trip...called disney and I was not able to use the pin, but the agent was very helpful and hinted that when they send out these pins normally a general public offer is on the way and the pins are just early access...I'm still praying for FD for early Dec. We were planning to go on 12-1 but that was a blackout date, so we are moving our date to check in on 11-29 to take advantage of FD if it is offered. Don't have air or ressie yet but will be making my ADRs beginning in 9 days

I already have reservations for AoA in december, but I got a PIN yesterday for 30% off Value/Moderate/Deluxe. Called a CM and it doesn't apply to AoA. Just wondering if they will even offer free dining for AoA guests if they add it for December? Think they will exclude AoA for FD?

Below is the verbiage from the Pin Code that I received yesterday with regards to Fall Free Dining, which includes Nov/Dec. To me its poorly worded, but I think it reads that AoA is included as part of the FD offer. Either that or AoA is excluded and all other suites included.


Offer excludes campsites and 3-bedroom villas, Disney's Art of Animation Resort suites included. All other suites excluded. Advance reservations required. Offer is nontransferable.

I called again this morning, as I adjusted my travel dates to include the proposed FD dates for Dec. yesterday, and I still have NO PIN code attached to my household. But the very nice CM said to begin watching for a new release of a new promotion around June 15th to the 30th. It may not be the one, but I can keep my fingers crossed.

I have now received 3 pin codes for December fyi, but only one has included AOA and it was the worst option. I've received a free QSDP, and one that did not specify the discount but it was considerable...its almost 25% our room & tickets or 35% our room not sure how they are figuring the price.

DBF got the same email the other day and had forwarded it to me so I could call and add the pin on to our Dec 10-14 trip. When I mentioned that there was no actual pin code, he shrugged his shoulders. Not two hours later, did he receive an "Ooops! we forgot something" email with the pin code inside.

I will note that while the pin code went to his email address, it was actually under his dad's name. The castmember made a call, and was able to transfer the FD deal to our trip.
