Keep calling! I got the game on pin but it was for Aug and we wanted to go in Nov/Dec. The first time I called the woman told me I had no other pins and basically I was SOL for the time frame (she was nice but didn't offer much help). I called today and specifically asked if I could apply the same code to when we wanted to go and she did no problem! I guess that was the trick...because I specifically asked. Oh well either way I'm happy! I am still holding out hope for FD though so we can upgrade to a pirate room!

We got the Game on Pin last night for November! It was for Sunday - Thursday nights all of November except for the days around Thanksgiving. It was for a 20% discount on rooms. Not the best deal but I figured we might as well get our foot in and put our deposit down so we went ahead with it. If we get something better then we will switch to that!

It was the one for $60 Value, $115 Mods. I got 7 nights with PH tix at POP for $1482! I know that's not the best deal but i'm still happy to have something! Although I'm still holding out for FD!!

My game on pin gave me 30% off my room at a moderate.

My husbands game on pin was only a ticket upgrade (free hopper + more)

I'm sure it was a typo but had to say it made me smile think about getting more back than you pay for on a trip!

Got an email last night with a pin code for 30% off rooms, but only AKL & WL for deluxe and only in November (excluding Thanksgiving).

Question: Considering how past years played out, would you hold out for a better deal or do you think 30% off room may be the best deal?

I'm guessing if you look closely, it says "call about offers on other resorts" or something like that....
I have seen them sometimes only list "sample" rates for the AKL and WL, as they are the cheapest, but discounts will apply to other hotels as well if you call.

Don't talk to Ferris. I called to ask if we had any PINs and he wouldn't even check. He told me they will "Always, always" send correspondence and that I didn't need to call. He was pretty rude, lol.

Oh my gosh, he is the one that told me he didn't know what Pop Warner week was, then went to "look it up" and said it was in January!!! I couldn't remember his name only that it was unique and a little feminine. But Ferris was definitely it!!!

I thought he said Paris at first, and kind of giggled. He didn't say, "My name is Ferris, how can I help you?" Just "My name is Ferris" and then silence. I did the survey and rated him poorly because of his ruuuuudeness!

We changed out dates, so my ticker is wrong. We are going the last Friday of Pop Warner for a week, so looks like we'll be there at the same time!

I did get a call from management for "service recovery" and was offered a discount. Don't know if I already had a PIN, didn't ask. I did book though. I did the same thing this morning! He is horrible. He is one of the CM's that I talked to yesterday. I actually hung up on him because he was soooo rude. As soon as I hung up, I thought to myself "I should have stayed on and done the survey" so I got on line this morning and sent a message to guest services.

When I call DW I want to believe that they work at the "happiest place on earth"

If you don't mind telling your disboard friends, What discount did they offer?
I am not expecting anything, especially since I am already booked with a 35% off my room PIN, but it is nice to see that they actually responded and contacted you.

YEP - call. When we got our 30% off pin it only gave october dates. When we called we got Dec. 16-25. It was good for check in up to Dec. 22. They also only listed values resorts but it was good for all.

So frustrated!!! I finally get a message from Disney Destinations tonight and all it stated was the two deals that are currently being offered!!! No change in dates or price - nothing!

I guess I should be happy that my e-mail address is somewhere in their system.

This is what I got too and was not happy lol. I want a discount or free dining ! Prefer free dining for Dec 4-11
