I love your Eiffel Tower! How did you separate all the Mickey heads from the rest of the paint chip sample? I have a much smaller stack, but I'd like to do something eventually for my April trip since this is the first time I have a trip planned and I know what the paint chips actually are!

It's great that you were able to go to a Taylor Swift concert! I don't follow her music, but the few things I've heard I like. My students and my cousins really like her though. Seeing your pictures and the description of how she seemed really grateful in a foreign country gets her some brownie points though! I hope that her fame never gets to her head, and she stays the way she is now.

Wow, what great concert pics! It looks like you had a great time. I do like Taylor Swift - I appreciate her music, but also her personality and the fact that she's someone I am OK with my 9 year old goddaughter listening to...she's a classy gal!

You are such a creative writer, and I like viewing the world through your eyes even if I don't always post. The people who follow your thread are good writers too--KathyRN and RachelNinja. I don't post a lot, but when I need to lift my spirits or travel the world I come here to vicariously go on vacations.

Thanks so much for posting the London pictures and the Taylor Swift concert pictures. I felt so bad for her when Kanye got on stage. Poor girl, twirling the flag on her moon man while he was ranting. He would not have picked on Pink or Katie Perry (is that the right person, you the one who is dating Russell Brand and likes kissing girls). He picks on Taylor who writes and sings about being insecure. Well, Taylor may have been embarrassed while he stole her moment, but she held her head up high and is on stage in LONDON! How cool! And you were in London to see her!

Oh yay! I was so hoping you'd do a PTR back when you announced this trip at the end of your last TR. Glad I found it before you'd gotten too far along. Hope you are having a 'lovely time abroad' ! The Taylor Swift concert looked fabulous. My girls love her (okay, so do I). She does seem so sweet and genuine, doesn't she?

oooh great update! Love the photos - as someone mentioned above, it does seem very Austenesque at times. I would totally walk around pretending I was a Jane Austen heroine in some of those places. I have been to London too and loved it so I loved all of those pictures too. How fun that you got to see Taylor Swift over there? She's so cute! Your DLP countdown is so appropriate! All you need is some Beauty and the beast characters hanging around near the bottom. heehee.
