Well, yes! We've already invited dear friends to join us for the nights of Dec. 11th and 12th at VWL! We're going to stay longer and they have other friends to visit while they're in Florida. We actually had to borrow VWL points for the Members Cruise, so what was going to be a 4 night treat, is down to 2 nights for them. They've never been to WDW, so we thought that a MVMCP and CP at Epcot would introduce them to the magic.

Bobbi:D

PS. We will have to adjust the days if a MVMCP doesn't fall on Sunday the 11th!

We will be there! Taking a 3 generation girls trip with my mom, my sisters, myself and our 3 girls (one is mine, two are my sisters). I will be booking BWV standard 2 bedroom for dec 4 - 9. Not sure if we will switch that to OKW at 7 months or not.

We're DVCers -- of course we plan that far ahead! :teeth:

We'll be at BWV (our first trip "home" there and hoping to book a Boardwalk view) from Dec. 1st-5th and then moving to VWL for the 5th-9th.

It's over a year away, but it always makes me feel good to have a trip in the works! ;)

I know what you mean! We are taking some friends with us in December and that makes this trip esp wonderful (not the same friends from this past trip, in case anyone was wondering.... lol)

It's never too early to start planning a trip to WDW!

I've already been doing points calculations for a short trip for my husband and I, our daughter, son and daughter-in-law and two grandbabies in late November, early December. Was thinking about Thanksgiving week, but may regroup to first part of December. Will probably book a 2 br at SSR at 11 months and then try to switch to OKW at 7.

Anyone with experience on the crowds the first of December? I'm looking at the 3rd through the 6th probably.

We have planned to stay at VWL for 12 nights in early December 2005. My four year old son states about once a week that he misses his Disney home.

Park crowds are very low during the week... a bit more crowded on weekends due to the locals. All DVC resorts are at 100% capicity, but on our trip to OKW durning that time frame, it didnt seem crowded at the resort.

sgtpet, my 5 YO cried herself to sleep our first night back from our last trip... she wants to LIVE in the Magic Kingdom. LOL

I've had mine planned for months. We will be at VWL Dec. 11th to the 22nd. Now, I just wait until I can call MS to make the ressies. And, we haven't even finished this years trips. It's grrrrrrrrrrrreat.

We are taking our first trip down to SSR this December. My wife is "excited to see what we own". We did a lot of borrowing to make this an extended 2br trip, so we are a little short for 2005. When I brought this up to my wife she said, "We probably need more points anyway." I married an Angel!!

So, we just might be seeing all of you the first week of Dec. 2005. (fingers and toes crossed)

Steve

LOL...we've got Jan 06 planned (for once a decent after Christmas break for us). Does that count as early planning?

We are planning on the day after Thanksgiving til Dec 6 or 7 at VWL. Always have a trip (or two) in the works.

So the next question is....should I go ahead and make the ressies for SSR at the 11 month window and then try to switch to OKW at 7 months? With the whole family we'll need a 2 br and the points at OKW will be less than SSR. From what I'm reading, OKW can be hard to get at any time.

Um CapeCodFam... this is a thread for December 2005 But Lucky you for getting BWView! We started the plan for 2005 hoping for standard view (like my siggy says) but now I think we are going to borrow from 2006 and do BWView!

I love the BWV at Christmas!

BWV Dec 1st-8th

Almost there!

This trip has been 2 years in the planning!

I'm a planner, so I'll join in on this thread's fun.

We're hoping to get a 1BR at VWL for Check-in December 17th and Check-out December 22nd or 23rd. It will be me (Melody) my husband (EB) and our new baby who will be about 6 months by then.

Are we asking for trouble taking a 6-month-old? LOL :teeth:

:cool1: I finnaly decided on November 28th through December 6th at Boardwalk Villas and probably AKL.

Grumpy grampy, step mom me and the boys the 28th through the 1st.
Nana, me and the boys. Auntie and her family 1st through the 6th!

Just have to get in a 3rd trip on those annuals! :wizard:

We are taking my parents, sister and her family, and aunt and her family for a week (14-21) at VWL in two two bedrooms (we are booking at BWV until the 7 month window just in case). There may be more coming but 13 seems plenty to be going on with for now. We are hoping to save enough for a small trip in the spring just the three of us (this idea of DH's of having the money saved before you go and not using the credit cards is just nuts! ;) ) but for now I just manage by reading trip reports and listening to disney radio!
