Made it here without any problems. Why am I always so exhausted getting to the cruise?!

Finally got the little guys to sleep. First time sharing a bed (good thing they're tired!)

Good for you! We are having a cruise meet at 3:00 at the Promenade if you want to meet up with everyone.

There is also a celebration dance at the Disco later the same night some time after late dinner.

AND we're doin' the Hokey Pokey!

We are here, at the Country Inn and Suites, which is the closest hotel near the port. It is VERY nice, free cookies and milk tonight and breakfast tomorrow! And the Suites are sooo coool, the kids just want to stay here all week! NOT!

Orlando here... and no, I STILL haven't packed!

Just got back from a birthday party at the Fort Wilderness campground. The parade and fireworks watching plan got rained out... too bad. I have packed the carryons, the snorkelling gear and sand toys, the snacks and the pirate costumes , but a LONG way to go yet. Even DH is finally getting a little concerned!

It's gonna be a looooong nite. See you in line tomorrow! I'll be the one who's asleep standing up......

but I also can't believe I'm up mopping floors...thus the reason I checked the DIS! Anything to put off the chore!

My carry-on day bag is huge. packed with crocs... short sleeves for all of us and swimsuits (just in case!) In Alabama tomorrow morning we;ll be near freezing. Cannot wait for the sunshine!!!

Oh and got my water, at the Sheetz right near the hotels here, Radisson, Country Inn and Suites and Burger King I think is right here too. $4.99 for a case of Auqafina...my fave!

The Alberts are finally pulling out of the station! It's 11:15 on 12/12, and we just finished packing. Three errands to run on the way to port; hope we don't miss the boat.

On the boat and having a blast. It's hot in key west. This Chicago girl isn't used to the heat. Kids club is rocking. Watched g force in 3d last night. Loving the self serve drink station by the pool. No Mickey waffles on buffet today. Off to shop

Wow! What a great cruise!! Other than those rough seas friday night (walking while carrying my 3yr old was quite a feat that last evening!) and the bad weather that hit CC in the afternoon (after we were back on the ship!), we had a wonderful time!

The concierge was nice enough to give us a heads up last night that we were looking at 2ft of snow back home today, so we were able to pack an additional night's clothes in our carry-on before we checked our luggage. Sure enough, all flights to the DC area have been canceled so far. United has us booked on a flight out Sunday morning so we're hoping we make it out on that one! We had no problems getting a room at the Hyatt. (Now to read our travel insurance to see if it covers the costs!) Figures the one time we decided to use Disney transfers and onboard checkin, and we really could have used the flexibility of having a rental car and our bags. If anyone else is in the Hyatt tonight, let me know!

I hope everyone had a fabulous cruise! We had a blast. Do you think if Snow White and the whole Shutters crew knows my daughter and her "Princess Bunny" by name that we had a bit too many pictures taken? Thank goodness for the photo CD! Made our onboard account much more manageable. That and prepaid tips!

Was glad to see everyone at the meet-up on embarkation day, and some of you throughout the cruise. And the fish extender gifts! Wow!! It was absolutely amazing!! It seemed like every time we opened the door there was something waiting out there. You guys are all so creative, it was amazing!

During the cruise this week we received two Magical Moment certificates. We'd never seen one before! Did any one else get these?

The first one we received on 12/16 from the Shutters Team. I saw one of those brown photo envelopes under our door and opened it to find a Magical Moments certificate presented to us for being a "Magical Family", along with four 8x10 stock photos of the Magic and the Characters.

The second one we received was from the Concierge for "Continuing the Disney Magical Experience".

That was so nice of them!

Wow, what an awesome vacation! I just finished organizing and editing all our pics digitally and posting to facebook; it was like doing it all over again. Cannot wait to scrapbook these photos with the terrific scrapbooking accessories from the fish extenders! The fish extender gifts were all so nice, and so much fun. Thank you all VERY much!

We were back in our house by 9:30 this morning! The house was rolling under my feet for a while. I hope all of you heading northward for home get there safely, eventually. Be careful!

Just a small unfortunate note for future reference... we left some bagged candy in the FE overnite so the kids could "find" it instead of us, and someone actually took one! It was kinda funny in a sad way. Some people...

Anyway, we sure had a great time, and enjoyed meeting all of you! April, we were so glad you came along with us to see Grand Cayman! Best vacation ever!

We too have a GREAT time, best cruise EVER!!! Can't wait to get back. Luckily we were staying overnight in Disney tonight anyway, so no worries about not getting home to the D.C. area for us. We did go ahead though and move our flights to Monday morning though....actually have a $200 credit in fact...........LOVE Southwest!!!

So, for the same amount of money really, we get an extra day here and I will take it!!!

The whole thought of going home to that mess makes me sick! blah

Good luck getting out tomorrow Halls....but I doubt you will early in the day anyway. I have seen a ton of pictures on Facebook from my neighbors and it is BAD!!!! WOW!!
