December 11, 2011 Mexican Riveria

I would like to see dinner pictures if anyone wants to share.

OK, here's one from our Med cruise in 2010

This is DHs, I had the same thing but switched the corn for mashed sweet potatoes.

Not sure how different the food will be on the Wonder, but here are some pics from our Bahamian trip in June 2011.

My husband laughs that I take photos of everything! On our P&O cruise I photographed most meals (but tried to get them so the kids were in the background so I didn't look too weird to other diners- nobody around us seemed to be food photographers), plus many of my cocktails. I am not a drinker but will order a drink if we go out to dinner or somewhere nice. I got hooked on the cocktails on the last cruise and couldn't wait to sample the cocktail of the day.

I shall be taking food and drink pictures on this cruise for sure. They are sure to be featured on my blog as well so the world can see for itself how weird I am :lmao:

:rotfl2: That's our problem! We have no kids to photograph! :lmao: Oh well, i'm hoping our other diners will understand that I need my food pictures.

That's what I plan on doing with the Drinks of the Day as well on the ship. Partaking and taking pics! :thumbsup2

I've been making the last of my FE gifts today to bring over. They're nothing as dazzling as others I've seen on other threads but be rest assured they've been made with honest enthusiasm and generosity. The rest of the things you'll all receive will be bought when we get over.

Two weeks tomorrow until we fly over! :woohoo:

How about a couple of desserts?

Take a photo of night's menu for reference - great idea! The only thing I can recall eating on our last cruise is the barramundi on the final evening and that's only because it's one of my favourite fish to eat.

I haven't had breakfast yet and now I'm really hungry after those latest pics. :surfweb:

For our meeting on the Promenade deck at 3pm will someone be holding a sign or something so we know we're at the right spot? I'm not familiar with the layout and would hate to turn up at a group of random people by mistake.

My hubby and I will be wearing matching gray t-shirts with a large Mickey head on the front, if that will help anybody. Unless everyone thinks we need a large neon-green sign (official/unofficial color of the DIS)??

Promenade Lounge isn't all that big. But I'll keep an eye out for matching grey Mickey T-shirts. Once the group is large enough, most of us should be able to figure out who we are.

To get to PL from the atrim (entry lobby), face Tritons dining room. On the right hand side is a passageway (hallway). Go down passageway past Tritons, stairwell, and there you are in Promenade Lounge.
