I don't know what I'm going to do without my day after shopping fix! My sister and I are crazies too. We start at 4Am and are done and eating breakfast by 10Am.

I had planned on Ohana and wishes for our 1st night too. I kept the ADR jsut in case, but Matt really wants to go with us. He heard about the meat on sticks and will be really disappointed if we do it without him.

Congrats to Howard! Don't let him spend it all in one place!!

Andrea - I would switch my ohanas to another night. I dont know if the menu is still he same, but last year it was great. Noone in my family wanted to miss it this year so we are doing it again. Our friend that is doing the land part with us wanted to do it too after us talking about it.

Im sorry you have to miss your shopping day. Maybe yall will have so much fun in the desert that you will forget about it!!!! I have always been willing to give mine up for the macys day parade trip to NY. We keep saying when the kids get a little older.

Rina - How is Alexis doing?

I think there isnt a band on the cruise because of the new big screen. Maybe they will do videos or something. Does anyone know if you can buy a dvd of our cruise at the end?

Re: flight schedule changes - my parents just had something come up for their flight from Detroit to BWI after Thanksgiving. They had a nonstop flight originally, now they have to route through Atlanta (nothing like going way out of the way).

I forgot to add my 2cents worth about the music - I've been on the Wonder 2x - and while it was nice at the Sail away party to have the band, I don't know how much it will take away from the overall feeling to not have it. I'm good either way.

Good point though about the new Jumbotron---maybe that does have some thing to do with it (can't wait to see that too!)

I forgot to send a big ole THANK YOU to Shari. We got them on Friday and I forgot because our weekend was so busy. They are even cooler than I had expected!

I made an Ohana ressie for Thursday night too. I had to make it for 2 tables though (maybe we'll get lucky and the kids will be on the other side of the restaurant ) I still have the Wed night one if your friends want to use it. Or maybe Kristen will want it?

I just bought two more bags of goodies for our trip-I don't know where I'm going to put it all!

Andrea - We already have ressies (thank you anyway) but maybe Kristen can keep it in mind.

I dont know how I am going to do it eitheir. I am mailing the gift baskets to the resort. Its the cruise stuff I am worried about. The only other thing is Theatre candy. I am not sure about the prices on the ship. Does anyone know? Like candy bars or gummys. If it is just like a dollar high I am not worried about it, on the other hand I dont want to pay three dollars for a candy bar. Howard can survive on the fruit, but Christie will have serious withdrawals.

Does anyone know what the temp is going to be like? Like 80 maybe?

I think I have come up with the perfect tag item, now I have to find it!!!!!!

I have picked out my Christmas cards for personal and business. I just have to order.

Today is Christies 11th birthday! We had her celebration at school and will go to dinner tonight to her favorite place "Olive Garden". Does this mean she will want to marry an Italian? Oooh la la!!!! We started her day off reading "On The Day You Were Born" by Debra Frasier. This is a small book everyone needs to read (it takes about 5 minutes) and of course you know by now.....I cried! We went to see "Open Season". It is too cute. We will definately buy it when it comes out on video.

Hello All!!

Alexis is doing great!! She came out of the surgery and the first thing she said was "can I eat now!" Quite funny. She just had the tubes placed. They did check her adnoids to make sure they didn't regrow back and there wasn't anything. She is so excited about the cruise. So are we!! So close!!

I need to get my Christmas list together and start picking up stuff....December is going to be a busy month for us and I don't want to wait till the last minute.

I was also wandering who can dance? I dont have much rythm(?). Christie got out her disney jams cd to practice the "cha cha slide" and I am going to leave it up to her and Howard!!!! My DH would be hilarious! He cant even clap to the beat of music. LOL Christie on the other hand has it going on.

Shari - I don't consider myself a dancer - but I CAN'T wait to do the Cha-Cha slide! I love that, and associate it always w/ being on the Wonder (first time I ever heard it).

Howdy All! Long time no post.

I have zero rhythm but I really like to dance. If I can convince DH to go to the clubs - we will be the couple that makes you gasp audibly. (Think Elaine from Seinfeld... that's me!)

Has anyone been to the 80's party? Is it fun or dumb?

Babybird your boo is too funny! I wish I was that creative-instead I sat for an hour trying to figure it out!

Shari-the weather is supposed to be in the 70's (lows in the high 60's according to past years-lets hope for a hot winter there!)
The last timewe went in Dec it was the coldest on record or something like that! I ended up taking a side trip to Walmart to buy sweats for everyone!

We get there the 6th, like you. I don't know why the tickers are different (I am ticker deficient as you can see!)

Rina-Glad to hear Alexis is doing well. 3 of my 4 kids have had tubes (DS has had them 3 times and DD6 twice). No matter how many times we've been through it-it's still scary. The anesthesia always worries me. Hopefully no one will have tubes by the cruise so I don't have to deal with ear plugs and all that (DS has one left in his right ear-hoping it falls out soon!)

I started working on my door signs. I think I am destined to copy someone elses-I just can't seem to get to look I want.... I'll post when I have something suitable!

I really like to dance. DH doesn't...unitl he's had a few drinks. Then he thinks he's John Travolta. He is aweful-but I love it!
