Dec Annual Pass rates? are they out??/

Does anyone know if the AP rates are out for the first week of dec yet?

Yes they are.

They have been out since August 28th.

Here are the dates that are covered:

10/2/2003 to 11/24/2003 & 11/28/2003 to 12/26/2003
