Hi! Boy, am I glad that we don't have to work tomorrow---I am so not used to this staying up late! I need to try to get Remy and Palo reservations---and of course that oh so important early check-in time at the port!
Hurricane Irene (like Isabel a few years ago) really did a number on us here in Maryland! Finally got our power back on Thursday---I really hated throwing away all that spoiled food:-( We haven't completely re-stocked since who knows what Katia will do. Sigh.
I like the logo idea! It makes the trip more personal. I also like the group picture idea too! Did anyone like my name-tag idea?
I know the FE is in great hands

Is anyone up for participating in a Secret Mickey exchange? It is like a secret santa---you don't have to participate in the FE exchange to be included---you can do one or both or none! On our Panama Canal cruise we had couples or singles matched up to leave little gifts and then one big gift at a group meet/reveal. Someone asked what our favorite Disney character was, color, food, drink, hobby, etc... I think we had a $30.00 limit but we did it over 4-5 days of a 15 night cruise. We can do an abbreviated version with one small gift and one larger one with a $15.00 limit. What does everyone think?
I've never been on a
Disney cruise during the Christmas holiday season---come to think of it---I've never been to WDW in November or December. I am really looking forward to seeing everything decorated!
We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge before this back-2-back cruise and I'll have one night at the Swan before I fly home. We cheated on the Mouse back in January and stayed at the Hard Rock hotel at Universal---Tom is a huge Harry Potter fan. The Hard Rock was really really nice---I would so stay there again!
For my upcoming March cruise another friend and I will stay at the Beach Club (her favorite hotel) and for my 17th wedding anniv. cruise next October, Tom says (as of now) that we can stay at the Grand Floridian! I don't think he knows just how expensive it is! But I was really really smart---when I realized I would be going to WDW 3 times in 1 year, I purchased an annual pass! That should save me some money
I hope that everyone is well and happy!
