No. They have Christmas fireworks on the 30th and 31st at their regular time, then on the 31st at midnight they offer I think it is Fantasy in the Sky. If it is foggy (as it has been many years) you get Fantasy in the Fog. (Fog changes colors with the fireworks, but you don't see the fireworks.)
Fireworks during this time period are never guaranteed. Winds are bad during this timeframe, and they often cancel.
