Disney announced they are extending the buy 4 nights get 3 free deal
(skipping a few dates) extended out to August 15th!

Try to remember Aisling, if you book thru Disney anyway,
I am now an official Disney Travel Agent~ hint hint, nudge, nudge wink wink, say no more?

I'll ask around if anybody I know needs a dryer for ya~
if you're gonna deliver, there's no reason not to try to help you right?

I hafta tell you, having gone to the Regis & Kelly show with you is really helping me understand alot more of the production world---thank you for making me go my friend, I look forward to many more outings to come~

I really need to get that dryer out of my car, though. I may list it on craigslist if no one wants it.

I'm going to try to get Cory to get a photobucket account and upload all his photos from his camera. He's been so busy with school. What a good boy.

They should look sad.. everyone was getting off of the Magic.. its definitely a sad event!!

We are going to name him Matthew William Lanier.... We found out that Matthew means a gift from god... and he was a miracle baby.. so that sold us on the name!!

We go to WDW 3/14-3/18 for our last adult only trip for many many many years to come!!!! Cant wait!

Glad to see that everyone is doing good. Love looking at photos.

Chad's back, and had a good time with my bro and fam before they left for England. The van's GREAT, I'm loving it. But I'm driving around with a clothes dryer in the back that my brother gave me but I don't need. If anyone needs a dryer, almost brand new, let me know, I'll deliver it for free!


I've been busy with getting back to the gym, and especially with training Brian. I enjoy it so much. Net week he finishes Puppy Kindergaarten, and there's a graduation party. I'll take some pictures. I made friends with the trainer, and we made a barter...I'm going to teach her how to drive, and Brian gets free training lessons.

I'm trying to plan a WDW trip for this summer. Thanks to Uncle Sam and the IRS, I'll have some play money. Not enough for a cruise, but enough for a nice week in WDW. I know a couple of our group are planning trips. So who's going and when???

the pet shop gave the bunny to Kara as she was a runt and not eating well for them, but Eeyore proved them wrong - she is now huge and very lazy and seems to be very happy lounging in her cage

the piggies seem to do better when there are more than one as they are very social little critters - you just have to make sure what sex they are before putting them together - and the bunny and piggies can get along in the same cage if need be

The mice - different story - they started off with 2 females and 2 males keeping them in separate cages - the 1 female was preggers (we think in transist) so the females are at one member of their group house until they delivered and weaned - which should be next week

Told Kara she needs to find a sitter for all critters for spring break - I am not taking the lot to Disney - it turned out that my mom is allergric to the bunny - not good - she was miserable by the time we got home

Oh ya - we are going to WDW for spring break 03/27 - 04/04 and I get to spend my birthday at the MK - yipee!

Sorry, I don't know of anyone that needs a dryer - too bad mine is fairly new but who wants to come to Ohio during the winter

Got Kara signed up for her SAT test next month - she is already whining about it

She wants to lifeguard at the pool her team swims at, she got the application and job descriptions etc - she has to take a swim test in March, once she gets that certification, she can sign up for the life guard classes in April.

Plus I had a brilliant thought today - ya ya surprise surprise - if we wait until May for her to start driving classes her insurance should be cheaper since she will be 18 and not 17 - or at least something to check into

Kara did admit that she doesn't think she is 'mentally' ready to start college full time in the fall - I am thinking about it - she said I can work (hopefullly at the pool - lifeguarding or swim instructor - take couple of class each quarter at our local 2 year college and apply for the fall of 2010 - so far all I have commented is that she would have to work and not loaf if she does that

any thoughts?

My community college has a swim team, Kara should do like two to threee courses and join a swim team or work at the pool at her school if they have it. My school has music courses too, besides the general kayrap she's gotta take. I have a feeling music, art or theatre appreciation is in the school's curriculum

my .02 on college.

While community college is a good way to save money and ease into college, I'm a firm believer in diving in and getting wet from head to toe.

Kara is a smart girl, but *nervous* perhaps about going away from home??? I think it would do her good and build her up.

I strongly encourage those who can get in and afford a 4 year college/university right out of high school to JUST DO IT

the wedding is 10/03/09 at Playa del Carmen (just so. of Cancun) at an 'adult only' all inclusive resort - the Royal....VERY NICE - check it out!!!

Marla - love the photos....and i too think Kara should really 're-evaluate' the whole college thing...if the 4-yr college is something that can be done financially - she should really check it out more...i didn't (opted for JC) and regret all that i missed.....so glad Ryan is really into going away for school - even if that means SJSU - which is literally 35 mins from home - but if he ends up there (one that he's been accepted too) he will live there - just for the experiences that college life has to offer....
