Good Saturday morning, all!
After a VERY long week at work I'm liking the fact that it's going to be a slow weekend... or at least it WAS going to be a slow weekend. Puppies will be 5 weeks old on Sunday and they're starting to squeak a bit more. First baths will be today and tomorrow the three adults (dogs, not us) will get their baths. Cleaning the house so folks can come to see the pups is going to be a MAJOR undertaking. But through all of this is a bright, shining light... we're one day closer to sailing on the Wonder!
Nassau - on our first cruise Marc actually ended up hurting his back on the flight from L.A. I blame myself as I let him carry the champagne that we were bringing to share with some friends we had met on the DIS. So, with his back thrown out of whack he was basically on pain meds the whole vacation. We didn't get off the ship until Castaway Cay the next day. On the 2nd cruise (DVC member cruise) there was no stop in Nassau, only two days at CC. This time I do want to get off as there's a pirate museum near the pier that should be fun to peruse. While I do enjoy casinos, heading over to Atlantis would be a very fast way for me to empty the pocketbook, so we'll just head back to the ship, have lunch there, nap, and enjoy the open decks (and have a cocktail or two!).
Castaway Cay - If we haven't connected in person by then and you make your way over to the adult beach and see two guys laid out snoring on the chairs, that will probably be us! Wake us up and say hello! And if it's not us, well, those two guys needed to wake up anyway!
Have a GREAT Saturday everyone!
Michael

). DH would LOVE this.
And if you see two Texans (no I don't have BIG hair) being chased by two very angry, yet sleepy, gentlemen who do NOT answer to the names of Michael or Marc, PLEASE alert the authorities!
Good morning!
Instead, we will move to CBR for 2 nights where I will catch up on laundry, etc.
I was able to get a great rate with our
So, that ADR is now set too, but for Hollywood and Vine. I am okay with this. Very simple food for very simple people.
Most of our WDW trips are 5 nights only (DVC stays on rented points). Two times we were able to stay 6 nights. This year, I begged Devin to take off two weeks in a row so we could have a leisurely drive from TX to FL and back again. Little did I know that he would be willing to throw a

It would be great if you guys were able to jump on this cruise!! Hoping Tom is doing well, also!
