It's gonna happen in atleast one year, Esiner, Pressler, Weiss, all are going. And then well get some newbies. They might put in money, they might not. I want to ask all the Dis Boards memebers this: When Disney does switch, what should be done to make it smoother in the parks?

There are a lot of variables in the question... and I'm not sure I know what you're really asking. Are you asking what we think the new guys should do to make the parks better? Are you saying that you think they should keep the parks the same and minimize the transition impact? Either way, it's a good question, but it's hard to answer as it stands.

I think it will depend on what they are left to work with. As things are going, I see perks decreasing even more. By the time a new gang steps in, the only way to go will be up!
Personally, I think things at WDW will get worse before they get better. But maybe I'm just being that half empty glass person. ;)
Only time will tell now.
