Dear Disney, why must you torment me!

Since DH was laid off and then got a new job last year, we are doing fine, paying bills but not really much extra. Certainly no vacations in the foreseeable future. So why oh why have I received yet ANOTHER email with a PIN for a Disney vacation!

When DH had his old job, I NEVER got a PIN and I swear, in the last year, I have gotten at least four. *Sigh* I know we will go back someday, it is just a knife in the heart to get one out of the blue.


*I KNOW we were very lucky with the speed in which DH found another job and am very grateful he is working (as am I). We can pay our bills and still go out once in a while so don't get me wrong, I know how lucky we are. It is just that we used to go every 12-15 months and if we get there in the next five years I will be thrilled.

Me too! I keep getting PIN's through both email and snail mail. I never got them when I needed or wanted them. While my DH still has his job our DS started college this fall so he is our vacation and then DD will be in college next fall. When they are finished with school (my DD wants to do a 5 yr Masters in Education program) it will be time for the triplets to start school. So I don't foresee a vacation of any kind, much less Disney, in our future. Although I still can dream and enter contests and hope!
