I know there have been quite a few posts about dealing with food allergies, but so far everything I've read seems to be limited to one or two allergies. We are not sailing until May 2012, so I have some time to worry about this, but I have numerous food issues and I'm wondering how they'll be dealt with.
Has anyone else traveled DCL with a TON of dietary restrictions? I need to avoid soy, gluten, dairy, corn, all grains (rice, oats, etc), potatoes and all sweeteners (sugar, maple syrup, etc) except honey.
The good thing is I'm not picky at all : ) I'm happy with just a plate of meat and veggies, but I know all of their food selections seem to come covered in some kind of sauce. How troublesome is it to just get plain food at every meal?
