Deal of the century!

oh God thats it we're all doomed! a double ticker!!

i cant believe you have done a ticker for a really dodgy trip! Wheres the sense in that?

I know, who would do a stupid thing like that? :lmao:

I do appreciate the irony of yours being the Tower of Terror! :joker:

I've done it, 219 days to go lol :upsidedow

i notice you have been in march quite a few times before. how was the weather during your trips (wife is already stressing about packing for us all) and were there many ride closures during your visits if you can remember??

I know this question wasn't aimed at me.. but I thought I'd share my experiences anyway!

I've also been a few times in march and I think the weather can only be described as unpredictable!

March 2012 we had glorious sunshine our whole trip, so warm we only had to wear a jacket first thing in the morning and late at night.

March 2013 was miserable and cold the whole trip.

So I would say keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up to the trip and pack accordingly - we didn't have enough warm clothes on our last trip and really regretted it!

POTC normally has it's annual closure in Feb/March so you may find that this is down again on your trip. There's normally 2 or 3 other rides shut across the two parks. (Phantom Manor, Flying Carpets and Dumbo were shut on our last trip).

I'm a bit sad that I couldn't go in March on this deal, but we're tied to Half Term so it's a bitter-cold February trip for us!

Hit and miss to be honest. 3 years ago it was pleasant, quite mild, no rain. This year we went just after that heavy snowfall and it was 10-13 degrees and breezy. We tend to pack layers but we've never had it as cold as our January trip a while back, that was super cold!

Closures this year were dumbos, studio tram, magic carpets and either snow white or pinocchio (can't remember!) Phantom manor opened on our 2nd day.

Actually, I think I may have jinxed things by doing my ticker last week! :scared:

Hopefully it is looking good for us all though! :thumbsup2

We went in March this year and we bought ski jackets as we were worried about the cold and we barely needed them! This is given that there was still snow on the edges of some roads as we drove from Calais. Mostly sunshine and just a drizzly showere during the parade one afternoon.

We are also tied to going in February, so I think those ski jackets will definitely be used next year.

There was a good 2/3ft of snow left on our drive from the ferry!

Excellent news! Can I just ask what the wording in the email is? As I got one last week after my live chat and I just want to make sure mine will be clear enough.

Mine has a line above the normal confirmation that states:

"This is your booking confirmation. This includes Disney park entrance. Please take the confirmation with you upon check-in."
