Deal of the century!

Would be a nightmare to book the transport and then find out the deal doesnt include the park tickets!

or worse still, travel to disney and book into the hotel only then to find you dont have park tickets!!!

wow what a bummer that would be:confused3

well, as my dates are later and some of you will be already back, I could still make this work out and do someting about it.

Same here, we travel March and some people have booked October onwards on trip advisor so we'll know soon enough. :-) its a risk worth taking and if I have to cancel then we'd lose the £18 cancellation fee.

Hmm, just wanted to let you know that we booked the Cheyenne last easter with ebookers. The website stated that it was including park tickets, however right after I paid and printed out my reservation, I saw it didn't mention the park tickets on the confirmation voucher. I didn't give it much thought, but when I came to the front desk of the Cheyenne, there where no tickets included! We had to buy tickets at Disney. I wrote a complaint letter to ebookers and an e-mail, and have never had a reaction from them. I'm still mad thinking back about it. Hope it works out for you though.

Thank you for sharing! This is what I'm fearing and the main reason I'm trying to get written confirmation from them (outside of their standard confirmation email) to confirm they are included.

If I know in advance that they're not, then I will arrange APs!

Same here. It still works out cheaper than DLP offer.

Might just book this evening for Feb!! Its contagious lol. We got a price of €120 for 5 nights 1ad Inc. tickets. I'll add myself at book in as I've an AP.
We found flights for €170 but we'll hold off for a Ryanair fare sale. Will decide for sure tonight

I've just rung them, the man said it definitely includes tickets apparently he can see the offer details on my email confirmation (I need to look at it in more detail, I'm going to print it) and he said if any problems on check in, ring ebookers.

Hi I did live chat this morning & they confirmed that it did include park tickets & they confirmed by email with my original confirmation that these were included & would be provided upon check in. He did ask me whether the email confirmation mentioned kids stay & play free under 12. Still a bit nervous though!! Am hoping Eurostar tickets don't come out yet as need feb half term in case it gets cancelled.

well i can find no confirmation of the park tickets included on my booking confirmation and ive e-mailed it to the wife and ive fully printed it all out.

oh hang on, if you click See more details on the confirmation e-mail where it says kids under 12 stay and play for free you get a pop up window which states

No extra night will be available for these offers.

If you search for a 4 night stay, for instance march 17th 4 nights it specifically states it doesn't include park tickets, but a 5 night stay from the 17th it says includes park tickets and is cheaper!! That has got to be a mistake cheaper for 5 nights including tickets than it is for 4 nights excluding tickets!

so all the information is there, so fingers crossed they will honour the deal even though in all probability it does look like it might be a pricing error on there system :thumbsup2

can I just re-iterate people, based on my experience with Expedia in 2009, and eriders experience with an earlier deal supposedly including park tickets - to DLP it doesn't matter what ebookers/Expedia has confirmed for you. Unless the agents have confirmed the same deal with DLP themselves, DLP has no obligation to provide something that another agent has offered. Thats why you need to check with DLP yourselves when you can, and then chase ebookers before you go to DLP, to get them to either provide a package including park tickets which can be verified by DLP, or give you compensation to enable you to buy the park tickets which should have been included in your original booking.

I'm honestly not trying to scaremonger here - I just think forewarned is forearmed :).

I completely agree! It is best to be prepared.

The problem is, if DLP only receive our booking details a few days before hand, is there any way we'd be able to check with them earlier than this to see if it's correct or not?

A few days before would then mean it's too late to arrange an AP without paying full price for them on the gate!

they had my Expedia booking at least 10 days in advance, because I was calling them and Expedia every day to sort it out before I went in 2009. I'll try and search for the old thread.

eta - found it -

I am driving myself crazy now lol, so decided to go back to live chat one last time.

Here is the transcript of the conversation - dont know what else I can do now to verify it so will just wait and see I guess

amanda: Hi. I booked a 5 night stay in Santa Fe hotel in Disneyland Paris yesterday and am still concerned that the pricing shown on your site and the price I paid is incorrect? I have asked yesterday before booking and was told price was correct but I am really concerned that it is still a fault? My problem is, I need to book plane tickets to get there and if I do this then receive notice that the price was indeed wrong and my booking is being canceled that would leave me with a very big problem! Is there a time limit in which you are able to cancel a booking due to incorrect info on your website?
Joe: Hi, Amanda. Actually, once the booking is confirmed, all the information is already lock. I guarantee that there is no more changes. All the information are correct.
Joe: May I know the record locator?
amanda: but it says in ebookers terms and conditions that you have the right to cancel the booking if the price was incorrectly displayed
amanda: ebookers record
amanda: taken from your t&c
amanda: c) In case of an obvious error (including any error in electronic labelling, error in data entry, error of calculation or clerical error) resulting in the display of a price which has obviously been displayed by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, even if it was automatically confirmed by ebookers. You will be informed of this as soon as possible, to allow you to make a reservation at the correct price, if you wish to. In any case, you will not be entitled to claim compensation from ebookers on the grounds of the cancellation or the related costs, if any, that have been incurred due to an erroneous reservation which has been cancelled
Joe: I'll be with you shortly.
Joe: I understand that, Amanda. I guarantee that all the information is correct and since the booking is confirmed, there will be no more changes with that booking.
amanda: well thats great! but not to look a gift horse in the mouth, do you know the reason why it is so cheap? basically I am getting 4 nights free! and by the deal it says 4 nights for the price of 5.?
Your chat transcript will be sent to addverbaan@gmail.com at the end of your chat.
Joe: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment.
Joe: I understand, however, I think you got the limited special offer online. But, don't worry because since the book is confirmed, you've nothing to worry anymore.
amanda: ok, well I will save this chat and hope for the best! Thank you for your help :)

excuse the white lie about booking air tickets - I was just trying to make sure he did not just fob me off with an answer:rotfl2::rotfl2:

deal appears to be gone now - least I can't find it for Feb half term any more :(

I had it showing as £220 for two of us including tickets at lunchtime but stupidly waited for OH to come home before I booked (didn't answer my excited text saying should I book!)

Oh well!

EEek, hope thats not my fault!! I wander if they really had not realised the issue? I asked him really bluntly this time, and said i was basically getting 4 nights free instead of 1 night free - wander if I can expect an email sometime soon?

Edit - deal is still there but for other dates - my dates are no longer showing at the cheap price

yes my £224 bargain is now £748.

i can see my pricing error confirmation e-mail from ebookers flying accross to me already! :)
