Deal of the century!

I think most of us (me included) assume it was an error, but I have in writing my query about the price, quoting their T & C's and their answer with writen guarantee that the booking and price was correct, was not in error, was a limited time offer and would definately not change. Not sure how they can then refuse to honour it?:confused3

Perhaps in your case with a written guarantee from a member of staff yours may be honoured, without that guarantee unique to your booking i think it may be an issue

They may still be able to get round even that guarantee somehow through suggesting that the person inputting the response was merely "entering data"

Of course they may think not honouring the bookings will be bad for their reputation and honour them to protect it, guess it depends on what financial penalty they would be exposing themselves too.

As I said before I hope by whatever means all the booking are honoured, just posted T&C's as a warning primarily against booking any non refundable travel, just in case they don't honour the price.

I completly get where you are coming from. Seeing as we drive to DLP so do not need to book transport, its not really an issue for me if this falls through, not sure if I would feel so confident if I had to book flights. I still think they would be hard pushed to cancel every one's booking unless they do it pretty sharpish. And there are lots of us who have kept copies of the live chats we have had where we have all queried the offer - they have therefore had plenty of opportunity to realise the error.


Time will tell I guess....
 

I tryed to ebookers.nl and got this:

When i put in dates for feb. 5 nights i will get prices for Santa fe or Cheyenne at €321 a night excluding entrance tickets.
 
i just live chat to an ebookers rep regarding my booking for feb.
i asked if my booking including tickets for def, first she said was only for kids under 12 and then i said but it did not state that when booked and she went away and apparently rung the hotel and came back and said it does include tickets and emailed me a copy of itinery with a statement saying park tickets are included for full stay. so just thought would post this the put ppls minds at rest :)

Well that does sound "pretty" reassuring. I dont suppose u would be willing to e-mail a copy of that itinery by any chance if theres nothing too personal on it?

I did it in the end, took a while but the person confirmed the package included tickets for all the family and is sendung me another email so I'll wait for that!
