I just wanted to check that the deal I booked has definitely all gone through successfully and that it does include Park tickets for the whole room (2adults and 2children under 7) for the whole 6 days.

Helen: Thank you, so you can definitely see that I've booked for 5 nights and 6 days, and this includes park tickets for the whole time?

Helen: It's just such a good price compared to the Disneyland Paris website I just want to be sure it's all legit. As you know the say "If it sounds to good to be true.. it normally is!!"

Elvira: Yes, it is confirmed.

Elvira: You jsut have to keep your booking confirmation.

Helen: Perfect. If you could send that confirmation over again, that would be really helpful.

Elvira: Sure. Confirmation email will be received within 30 minutes.


I guess this is as close to a definite that we are going to get until our bookings are received by the hotel (normally a week or so before?). I still feel a little uneasy about it all though...
 

It's all very reassuring for us at the moment, lets just hope that disney give us out park tickets when we turn up!!

im not booking any transport until i know its 100% genuine! :)

regarding the park tickets, if its an ebookers offer, why dont they give us the park tickets? why do we have to claim them at the disney resort? Why dont disney give them to ebookers if they have both done a deal together?

its the park tickets that everyone is panicing about! (not me mind, im as cool as a cucumber............:rolleyes1)

I have always recieved park tickets at the resort weather ive book with a third party or with disney ive never been sent anything so i guess would be the same for ebookers too?

I think we're the same time, we could be ticketless families together lol maybe Disney would take pity on us!

so ebookers can basically tell us what they want, they could say our tickets will be waiting there at the hotel with a bottle of champagne and mickey mouse to greet us with a £1000 gift card but if the disney hotel look on their system and the "computer says noooo" we are basically stuffed! yee haaaa!!! happy holidays! :scratchin

I haven't had any email confirmation through yet, so I'm now in another chat with 'Angela' this time! :rotfl:

I really am starting to regret booking this trip - I know that I'm not going to be able to look forward to it as there will always be the doubt in my head that it's not true.

I mean even if I turn up at the hotel with 5 different confirmations from ebookers that Tickets are included, if this not what DLP have on their system then we're going to have to fork out for 6 days worth of park tickets.

Then, I guess we'd have to try and contact ebookers for a refund?

Helen - Hi Angela, Yesterday I booked a trip to Disneyland Paris for February 2014. The price that I was quoted is VASTLY less than the is quoted on the Disneyland Paris website (about 1/4 of the price!). I spoke to someone on chat yesterday and they assured me this deal was genuine and that it would contain park tickets for all 6 days and that I'd get an email explicitly confirming this - but I've not had anything as yet.

Angela: I'm sorry about that, Ms. Abbott. I can check your reservation. One moment please as I retrieve the booking.

Angela: Please bear with me as I send the confirmation with note that the booking includes Disney Park Entrance.

Helen : Thank you

Angela: You're welcome.

Helen: The reason I worried is that I've read reports from other people who have booked a similar deal but when they turn up at the Disney hotel, they are told that it's booked on a room only basis and had to pay out £100s of pounds to buy park tickets that should have been included.

Angela: I'm sorry for the delay, I'll be right with you.

Angela: As I checked your booking, it includes a special offer from hotel. I encountered similar query from another customer earlier. I have contacted the hotel to verify and the park ticket is indeed included in the reservation.

Helen: That's fantastic.

Angela: I have sent the confirmation e-mail. Please let me know if you receive it.

Helen: I think you'll have a lot of queries from people as the price is just fantastic!

Helen: I've got the email - thank you very much!

Angela: It is a special offer that should be booked in advance.

I now also have the email confirmation that confirms that the park entrance is included. So at least I have that to fall back on to get refund if it turns out to be untrue!
 
I think we have all done about everything we can to verify this offer. If we all phone the Santa Fe about 10 days before our visits, they will be able to tell us if everything is as it should be. And if there are any problems then we all have 10 days to get this sorted out with ebookers. I think we should then be ok?

yes i believe we are. Will you be going via eurostar from ashford? thats what we have always done on previous trips. Stayed in the holiday inn central the night before.

Its going to be a long wait until the beginning of march to 100% verify my booking:crazy2:
and hopefully people in between now and march will have no issues with their bookings!

Yep thats our plan, but premier inn not holiday inn.

I think aslong as the people with earlier bookings go ok, we should be ok. Theres a few on TA going October/November
 
I think we will know in November as peeps on TA going then. Should give us enough time to sort out hopefully if they are not included. The free dining fiasco with Expedia is not very reassuring but at least we can be prepared. thanks DLPdaft for posting.

yes ive just spent my lunch hour reading through the thread that DLPdaft posted.........rather shocking!! i really hope we dont have to go through all that debacle to get our park tickets:confused3

lets think positive, we will book in and have our park tickets with no bother. :love:
