DDP & Quick-service Breakfasts in the Parks?

My DBF and I are heading to Disney next week and we're on the DDP. Since it's the F&W we figure we can do that for lunch most days, a different country each day. We've booked ADRs for every dinner with our table service meal. That leaves us with all our quick-service meals for breakfast.

1 - a)Are there Quick-Service breakfasts served in all 4 parks? b) If so, which restaurants? c) Is it best just to eat breakfast at our hotel POFQ every day?
2 - Could our Quick-Service meals be used for the F&W booths?
3 - Can the snack vouchers be used at the F&W booths?
