DDP Park Breakfast Options???

I've never been a rope drop kind of gal but travelling with a couple of Disney Divas this September who are...I also enjoy breakfast foods and they are happy if they just get a cup of coffee...really want to avoid the food court @Pop in the morning and just want to grab something when we get to the parks...interested in what I can get for a snack credit or CS credit at: Main Street Bakery (want to try French Toast Loaf!) and Starring Rolls...are there similar places @AK and EPCOT(Sunshine Seasons?)

AK has a coffee cart (espresso, capaccino, etc.) with huge muffins and some other pastries which all count as a snack credit! It's just to the right as you get to the Oasis.
