DDP on day of checkout

We are in Orlando for 3 weeks, we are staying BWV for 3 nights the rest offsite locally. We have booked a character breakfast and a 5pm Dinner at Wilderness Lodge on the day of checkout. The question is - if we purchased the DDP would we be able to use a credit for the 5pm dinner on day of checkout ?
