Suppose one gets down to their last day at Disney, has no QS credits left, but has one TS credit left. Can they use that towards a QS meal?

There's a whole dining forum here, with a dining plan subforum, where all this is discussed. But trading a table service credit for a quick service credit is not new. It has been allowed for a good long time.
