DDP credits allocation?

I just have a quick question regarding the DDP. I am staying onsite for 14 nights, yet in my travel documents it states I have 15 days of DDP, so can someone tellme whether that means I have 15 snacks, 15 CS and 15 TS or 14of them? I just want to know so I don't over allocate.

Also, my mother will be staying for 7 nights and she too has been given 8 days DDP and as she is not leaving until midday on the 8th day I have assumed that she will be allocated 8, so have planned to use 8 TS credits. What does everyone think, have I over allocated?

Thanks

My understanding is that you are allocated the credits 1 of each type for each night stayed but can take them on the day you arrive and the day you leave so can be taken over 15 days if 14 nights.

The above poster is correct. We've done the DDP three times and each time have been alloted 1 TS, 1 CS, and 1 snack for each night of our stay. If you're there for fourteen nights/15 days you'll have 14 TS, 14 CS, and 14 snacks, but can use them in anyway you want (i.e. three TS one day, 2 CS the next, whatever until all of your credits are gone).

We usually prefer TS, so wind up paying OOP for a TS or two and then have a CS or two left over with which we get sandwiches/salads, and desserts at the food court to eat on the way home. If you have any snacks left over you can also use them get stuff to eat on the way home.

I would question whoever sent your travel documents to you and verify that your check-in and check-out days are correct. Mine from AAA have always had park tickets as days (we are staying 5 nights and my confirmation shows 6D MYW PH FUN), and individual listings for the dining plan - quick service meals, table service meals, and snacks - showing 1 per night and then under the guests column, the number of guests receiving it (in our case 1, 2 for guests 1 & 2 DH & I).

Hope this helps.
