DDP and TiW used together?

We are DVC and AP holders. We go more than once a year . First time using DDP.

We are usually 7-10 people. I get DxDP for one room with kids and an adult, then split the credits among our whole party, using TiW to cover any meals not covered by credits (e.g. Kids and light-eating grandparents), plus alcohol. We usually save about 30% on food costs that way.
