DDP and refillable cup?

I know we get some kind of refillable cup but I think there are rules are where it can be refilled. So, how does that work? Where? If it's not in the parks then do you have to pay for refills in the parks? If so, where do you get refills and how much do they cost? We will mostly refill with water. Thanks.

Refills can be obtained at the beverage station in your resort food court and at the poolside bar. There are no beverage refills in the parks.

If you're on the DDP, the plan does not include refillable mugs. The QSDP and DxDP do. Seems odds for it to be that way but that's the way it is.

Once you have the mug there is no cost for a refill for water or any other beverage at the station...The stations are located at the resorts only...If you are not on the Quick Sevice or Deluxe Service plan you will need to pay for it OOP...Cost is around $14.00...You can fill up on coffee, hot coco, water (depending on station) and soda for "free" after you get the mug.
