Is it good for the year??? In other words..If we plan to go twice in one year will the disney dining plan still be good on our second trip??

I read in another thread something that alluded to this. Just curious if true.

thanks for the info.

The DDE (Disney Dining Experience) is a program available to AP holders--it gives 20% off food and drinks!! at several locations. It's good for a year and can be purchased ahead of time or at WDW (that's new this year). The DDP/Dxdp is an add-on to a onsite accomodation reservation good for the length of stay only. There are several threads discussing the pros and cons of each. For us, the DDE card was the better value. Hope this helps.:wizard:

The DDE card and the dining plan are 2 different things.

If you are referring to the DDE card available to Florida residents and AP holders, it is good for a year from the time of purchase.

DDE - Disney Dining Experience

Deluxe Disney Dining Plan - totally different program.

DDE would be good for a year from the time you purchase it (and it's only available to annual passholders and Florida residents).

DDP is good only for the length of your stay.
