The Tables in Wonderland card. Personally I think that's dumb. But we can now choose between the DDP or the TiW card...

I received two copies of the email, both time stamped yesterday evening. The first at 8:15pm and the second at 8:25pm

Thanks Chuck S and Caskbill...I guess they just forgot about me ..oh well. I got an email today from them today but it had nothing to do with the name change. Anyways thank for the quick replies.

OK so the change is taking place on Monday Sept 15. DH and I arrive tomorrow afternoon (Sept 14). We'll be goig to DTD to get our APs and a DDE card. So, do you think we'll get a DDE card or a TiW (Table in Wobderland) card? One would think that if it's less then 8 hours before the offical change that they would just issue the new one, but would the new card cause confussion when used that evening? It's a tough call.

I'm sorry, but I just can't go up to a CM and say, "I'd like to buy the Tables in Wonderland card" with a straight face.

I'll be getting one on 9/18. I'll probably just play ignorant and ask a DDE card.

Along those lines, I think they should have held a contest to find a new name. If they offered a free DDE card for the next couple of years to the winner I think they would have received a lot of entries. I'm sure we all could come up with something much better than TIW.

I had the same reaction! I instantly thought of the Wonderland dog racing track in Revere, MA with mental images of the DDE turning into track-side dining. Maybe they will have people in greyhound costumes at all the character meals.

I thought of that too, as I went there with my grandmother a few times.

I once made her bet on a dog because its name was Alan Alda (I was too young to place bets) and it came in last.
