DDE at CRT

I booked dinner at CRT and put the charge on my credit card. I have a DDE card. How do I go about getting the 20% discount. Do I need to call back reservations or do I just present at dinner and they will give me a refund?

Call back dining and see if they can apply the discount. When I made my ADR for CRT for my next trip I had them apply the discount when I booked. When they charged my credit card I could tell the discount was already applied. I don't believe they can credit it back at the time of your meal since you pay in advance for this one. Good Luck.

I did this in January. When I showed them my DDE card at CRT, they gave me the option of either crediting the amount back to my credit card, or giving me a gift card with the saved amount on it. I had that money already set aside for food, so I took the gift card.

Same thing as the Segway Tour, I paid the regular price on my card when I booked it and then when we went to do it they credited the difference AP discount back to my card

We have always just been given a gift card at the end of the meal once we showed the DDE card.

DDE is Disney Dining Experience card. You can buy one if you are a Florida resident, or if you have an AP. It gets you a discount at most dining venues.
