Didn't see this, but I did see footage of a pole vaulter who failed to clear the bar due to a similar problem.Anyone else watching/following the Olympics?

At one minute to 5pm, when I clock out and the phones go to the answering service, all 3 lines lit up at once. "Nope," I said to myself. "I am not answering those. They can go to voicemail."
Glad to hear it.The show I'm, Death of a Salesman, by Arthur Millar, is in its second weekend and has been very well received and I'm so glad to be a part of this show. The reviews have been outstanding.
Sorry to hear that. Hopefully a mild case. Stoopid Covid is making a comeback.Unfortunately one of our cast members, who plays Miss Forsythe, caught COVID last week and had to miss this entire weekend, 4 shows total, but we were lucky to get someone to step in within a day's notice.

Quitting your job, come on down!! We can find you something to do! Fast paced, you’re in the germ capital of the world but you will have a lot of fun, I know I’m having a blast in my new role. I’m doing ride alongs these next couple days. Our department manages a few areas I never knew even existed. I was in awe of an operation that exists, I knew it got done but didn’t know how. I experienced it yesterday, all day! Wow! The amount of people and effort that goes into things that visitors have no clue. Today, I’m on another observation ride along. This operation people know it goes on but have no idea what it takes, unfortunately, pixie dust just don’t work behind the scenes. I’m looking forward to witnessing how it gets done.Morning, Gents!
Hope all are well. Things are going well here on the land of Cape Cod. I almost quit my job on Thursday. Ok, not really, but man was it a tough day. I was in pediatrics and was the only person at the front desk, which usually isn't a problem as I'm often times the only one at the front desk, but in pediatrics the front desk receptionist also answers all the phones. Thursday was a particularly bad day for some reason because all three phone lines rang pretty much non-stop. I was ready to quit by the end of the day. I was really bad. Right at 4pm things calmed down and the phones rang twice, that is until one minute before I clocked out and went home. At one minute to 5pm, when I clock out and the phones go to the answering service, all 3 lines lit up at once. "Nope," I said to myself. "I am not answering those. They can go to voicemail."

Outside that everything is going well. Well, off to get a few things done before heading to the show this afternoon.

You’re enjoying teasing us far too much.Quitting your job, come on down!! We can find you something to do! I think they should allow behind the scenes operations to be viewed by some of the public, let them see why a ticket cost what a ticket cost and see the thousands of people that visitors have no idea they are there and what they do.
Sorry, you know the deal, what happens behind the wall, stays behind the wall.
Hey, I’m trying. lol. My second ride along was incredible. I got to see a lot of areas I never in three years have seen, including other parks. Got to meet a lot of new people and ran into a lot of old friends. I am just in awe how things move from one place to another, how many people are involved and the effort that it takes to accomplish something that to the outsider, has no idea. The thousands of hard working people that show up everyday that never get to see the results of their work, making people happy.
That’s pretty cool.I got to see a lot of areas I never in three years have seen, including other parks.

<sound of whip cracking>Yesterday, Wednesday, back to work, enough screwing around. lol.

Happy Birthday.
I’m as high up as I want to go. lol. Our proprietor said I would be a good candidate for the TA program. (Temporary assignment, they move you into a management position for six months, at the end of six months they either make you a manager or send you back). I thanked her and I really appreciate but, I’m not a spring chicken anymore, I had a wonderful 40 year career in the hvac, plumbing and electrical field. I really enjoy living my dream working here and love coming work every day, let’s not spoil it. lol. There are a boat load of “kids” trying to make something for themselves, let them have a chance, it’s their turn.Awesome to hear. Before you know it you will start your second career and be running the place.
