Short work week! Going to Hershey, Pa on Friday to see Barenaked Ladies/Hootie and the Blowfish concert. Saturday - Hershey Chocolate World and Troegs Brewery tour. Sunday maybe Gettysburg. Gonna be a birthday weekend blast!!
I've seen BNL a couple of times, great show. Would love to see Hootie and the Blowfish.
Enjoy the show.
I'm a huge BNL fan. Can't even count the number of times I've seen them. They are the reason I'm going. They are fantastic live. Hootie is a bonus.
You don't get to see Hootie with the Blowfish much anymore.
Last time I saw BNL was in a casino and some dumb woman behind us kept screaming Big Bang.
We've seen Steven Page a couple times as well. Once as a solo show and once as part of the Trans-Canada Highwaymen. http://exclaim.ca/music/article/chr...is_new_supergroup_the_trans-canada_highwaymen
I’m happy to see Epcot getting some attention. It’s really lost it’s place over the last few years. I am actually ok with losing Future World. It’s so hard to keep up with that kind of theme. I just hope the new areas really do get a cohesive theme. The Mary Poppins ride is interesting and past due since it was in the original plans. I still haven’t figured out where the Moana attraction is going. I was thinking Imagination was getting an overhaul but maybe not. I was a bit surprised that no new pavilion was announced since Brazil has been rumoured for a couple years now. What did you think of the announcements? I think the new attractions could be a lot of fun, and I'm interested to see what Epcot looks like when all is said and done. But I am sad about Future World going away forever. It blew me away as a kid and was the reason I fell in love with Epcot in the first place.
I saw Steve in Ithaca in October. First time I've seen him solo and it was a great show. Would be nice to see him with a full band and not just the Trio.
I still haven’t figured out where the Moana attraction is going.
I did like the view at night from BLT but can get that with TOTWL without staying there. There was just something really relaxing and cool with the Poly view.BLT has the best view thus far, except I haven't stayed at GF.

Thank you!!Have a nice weekend and Happy Birthday to you
We stayed at the Poly about 12 years ago and this was the view from our balcony.
Nice views!

Let's just say that no matter where your at, BWV, AKL, the monorail resorts and even the All Stars, the views are all great and better than what most of us see each morning and before we call it a night. Can't help ya with the points my friend, added on to ours this summer. And it's Tuesday. Survived the drive in the rain yesterday. Looking forward to Pickleball tonight.
That is a nice view. I'm points cheap, so I go for standard view. Here was the BLT view at the elevator. I have Cinderella's castle and the monorail in the shot. The ring tone on my phone is the monorail warning. I got to see the Magic Kingdom every day.

Hopefully, your FP and ADRs are made. Narrow it down some and I'll give you my $.02.
Sounds fun. Have a great trip. Happy birthday.
I look forward to something new, but at what cost. The changes to Soarin are dreadful, and it has made it un-rideable. The Living with the Land ride is one of my favorites and I hope it doesn't change. The Maelstrom to Frozen changes were great. I just wish they would add a new ride instead of refurbing an old one.
But imagine that view all the time. I've always wanted to stay at the Contemporary Resort, and BLT will have to do. I agree that the Poly is relaxing, but the view of the Castle, monorail, water bridge, etc just makes it that more magical for me. If you're looking for an extra nice gift for me, a 150 point contract at BLT would be nice.

Felt like 293F todayLet's just simplify it and call it 293 Kelvin. Then we're all on the same page.
Who are we kidding you are just cheap.I'm points cheap,
Sorry I can't help with most of those, but for education animal kingdom rafikkis planet watch is a great place, it has been closed a while but supposed to be reopened this summer. My girls love it (13 and 6 at the time) They spent 30 solid minutes with one of the animal handlers doing and pet and learn with ferrets. Here's my post on the main page gents:
