Had a good news bad news Friday.
Bad news was my boss let me know we may be getting some new software for our task request in our department. I made the mistake of asking out IT guys about it and getting some information for my boss. He took that as volunteering to design and implement the whole project. Great one more thing to take care of and we are already short at least 2 people for my work load.

But the good news was my mom bought DW and I tickets to the Garth Brooks show tomorrow in Dallas for a late birthday gift. She is taking the. DD's in the morning while DW is working so I get to watch the Aggie game in an empty house then drive up for for the concert.
Not a Disney trip but not too shabby.

...Friday (tonight): Help my buddy close his pool. Yup CJ, in other parts of the US people have to close their pools!
Saturday: Coaching my youngest's soccer game followed by copious amounts of yard work and hopefully making our annual tie dye Mickey shirts for our trip.
Sunday: Church and then heading to Heinz Field to cheer on my Steelers. Still deciding on my tailgate options. I'll end up with free food from SOMEONE!

We may not close our pools but we don't go in them after Labor Day.

Free food, I would like me some of that.

I'm guessing UK's football winning ways will come to an end tomorrow. It's not basketball. You want to bet and spot me 40 points?

Ummmm, NO. I am worried about this game and this could be a loss. We should have lost it last year.

Waaaayyyyy too early. Was at that horse show last night, didn't get back 'til after 11. Fell asleep sometime after midnight, up at 5 for work.
Show was awesome, though. So I guess that's a net gain, right?

They are playing in Lexington and UK Football is 2-0 for the first time ever. Gators are only favored by 4. I think it will be more though.
