Anybody else pumped that NHL season (pre) is up and running?

I would be if my team wasn't abysmal (Devils). I have no faith in them this year...On the bright side, my other teams aren't looking too shabby (Jets / Terps (Basketball, not football. Oh god they look bad there).

Well, the good news is that whatever hurt Monday now doesn't hurt. The bad news is now my left quadriceps hurts. I probably didn't stretch well before tennis tonite. With indoor season returning, warm up times are cut short. I was really hoping to go into the tournament well this weekend - well for me that is.

Getting old isn't for cowards as my grandma used to say. Best wishes in the tourney and on your dream vacation.

I'd always heard it was the innocent and the stupid, but either way I should be covered.

OK, this is getting ridiculous. The windows are rattling from the shock waves from the thunder and lightening. It's almost October and the rainy season should be tapering off. This is not your typical Florida afternoon thunderstorms, pour for 15 minutes and then that it is it. We are talking on and off all day and not a drizzle either. Plus a visit to the dentist this morning. OK, stuck indoors blues rant off.

Welcome. Dues are payable in dole whips, bacon, beer, or cake. You send 800+ to me and I will distribute to all the guys. It always works. Not sure there has ever been much of a topic here, so just post away.

I'll be sure to put that all in one box. It will still be good when it gets there. Just insert into a blender then refreeze and you will be good to go. Dole whip floats! Now with bacon and cake!!!

I'm a Chicago guy and Hawks fan since '71 and die hard Notre Dame fan. Devils had a great run for while and always respected them.

Good morning, men and HAPPY FRIDAY!
It's been a long but productive week. The excitement level is ramping up around the Williams household since we are now 11 days out from our trip.
This is the first time in a while that it'll be just my family. The past several years we've had friends, in some cases, multiple sets at WDW at the same time. I'm kind of looking forward to this. My girls are pretty good with each other...def fight over the dumb stuff...but when we are at the World, they are like BFFs.

We have a few new restaurants that we haven't done in the past, so we'll be able to check a few more items off of our list. We are alos planning to get in some mini-golf at Fantasia gardens and at some point we will have to appease my youngest with a ride on the Surrey bikes. We promised her we'd do them but ran out of time when we were staying at BWV and it went off of the radar last year b\c the girls had all of their friends around. I anticipate some pains and aches after this event takes place.
