Hey folks... been absent for close to a week.

Been very busy around here, between work and family obligations.

I see Carl, Aaron, and Ron are at the World... Have an awesome time guys!!!

Barry, sorry 'bout that knee.... crud! My knees have really been bothering me for a couple months myself... it's that dang age thing. I need to see a Dr as well... but If I don't go, he can't diagnose me, and therefore I am fine! See where your mistake was???

Yesterday was DD's birthday. I can't believe I have a 12 year old!!!

Even scarier, she is having 8 other 11 and 12 year olds over tonight for a sleepover....

I will be sure to stay away... with DS always in my line of sight.

Oh, and just for Darcy... I can't believe I am saying this.... GO HABS!

We are sitting up stairs, after getting the girls all settled downstairs for their sleepover, when all of a sudden we hear a LOUD uproar, and the room is shaking....

I go down to see what's going on, they are watching Frozen, and singing LET IT GO at the top of their lungs and dancing!!!!

I cut them off sugar, and then restarted the scene so I can tape video them, it's good collateral in a couple of years!!!!

Funny you say that... one of the girls sees a TML magnet on our fridge.
She says to DD "Are you Leaf fans?".
DD replies "We are all Leaf fans".
Her friend says "We aren't, we're Montreal Canadien Fans, we are in the play offs and you aren't"

The party ended early for her when I called her folks, and told them she broke a really expensive vase...

Happy Friday Gentlemen.

Went to the orthopedic surgeon today and got the news I didn't want to hear. Pretty sure my left ACL is in tatters. We didn't do an MRI to verify that, but he said there "is a lot of sloppiness in there." Easter Sunday, while playing some pick up soccer with my son and nephews, I planted to kick the ball, heard a POP in my knee and crumpled to the ground. It's been in pain ever since. It's finally gotten to the point where I can sort-of kind-of gimp around half way decently. Doc wants to do a month or so of Physical Therapy to see if I can strengthen my knee up enough to avoid surgery and the 7-9 month rehab that comes with it.

Sorry to hear your diagnosis. Hopefully the PT works for you and you aren't laid up for months. That really sux.

Been a while since I fired up D-COT and listened to some Epcot entrance music. Sure has made the day go by a little faster.

You could always cut that leg off and just get a peg leg like a pirate!

My last duty this afternoon before I head out of the office for the weekend was to sign a new contract. Our new customer is.......wait for it........wait for it.........IMAX! Yup, the one that does the giant movies. Of course I asked what benefits I get out of it and the answer was...."you get to tell people you do business with IMAX". I would have thought a lifetime movie pass was a minimum. Oh well. Have a good weekend guys.

You might also wanted to work on your story a little bit. Soccer involves kicking and kicking is like Karate which is kind of like what Ninja's do. Soccer also involves a ball that moves, which is a sort of a projectile and pirates use projectile balls. Therefore you were in an epic battle with Pirates and Ninjas and managed to escape after sacrificing your knee.

Or he can say his nemesis did that to him.

Good morning guys. About half way through this long business trip. Was able to get in around of golf at Lake Buenavista Vista course (by Saratoga & DD). A bit behind but was able t scan through so for those heading to the world safe travels, happy bday to the kids, prayers to those that need and congrats. Will try to stay up to speed but schedule the rest of the week including today is from 8:00 -10:00. Enjoy your Sunday!
