Thanks! I'll try... it's turning out to be another wingin'-it trip. Nothing planned except for 1 ADR at Garden Grill for DS's birthday celebration. Hoping for light crowds.?

We have cut way back on the number of ADRs. I'll plan some special places or new ones to try, but I like leaving things open as well.

The scary thing is, Stretch is dangerously close to the magic 48" mark where he can ride all the big coasters at the theme parks. I also had a bittersweet moment. I was going to go with and help the kids load when Stretch said, "We know how to do this Daddy. We don't need you."

The kids went to bed without a fight last night. Which means they beat beat my alarm up this morning. I think this is the morning I test drive the bag of Wide Awake Coffee Company bands I bought last week.

Mine don't go a few hours without fighting. I blame their mother.

I hear ya, my DS14 asked me last night to teach him to shave! He has developed a little shadow on his upper lip so I'm assuming that's what he wants to shave. !!

A definite rite of passage.

Sunny and 85 degrees all week with a nice breeze and warm turquoise waters. All inclusive's with no where to go means a lot of rum and beer. I have a few fuzzy hours where my memory of events is not too good.

No more rum here for a while. I can't even imagine how much was served last week. My liver was ready to go on strike.

I just saw the comment on the last page about the spiced rum Dole Whip. Not sure how I missed that the first time. Where exactly do I get one of these?

During Flower and Garden at Epcot you can get them in Canada ( go figure) at the Dole special event kiosk!

I was just going to answer Epcot. I planned to wander around until I found them.

There is a discussion on the family board that is really starting to drive me nuts. So far I've been able to refrain from commenting but my resolve is weakening. Apparently the majority of posters on that thread are in favor of dressing up their boys as princesses. SERENITY NOW!!

I'm assuming moms are posting this?

I know. I still ask my dad for advice.

Mine are either best friends or worst enemies. One day I told them if I had to break up another fight that day I'd put them in one of my old under shirts. They went and played on different levels of the house after that. Last night they didn't fight getting put to bed. Usually I have to chase them back to bed a couple of times.

Morning guys. Headed to the doc this morning. I think I may have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and it has been causing alot of pain for the last few weeks. Yesterday it started tingling like it was asleep on my drive home from up north. Idon't have time to be breaking down

Well, we thought the kids were better. Yesterday I went to work and DW stayed home with the kids. She said they were fine all day, acting normal and playing. Until DD had her bath and got sick again. So I'm home with her today, but at least I got a full night of sleep and didn't get puked on this time, so I'll take it.

I was sure we would be on a new thread by now. Missed vacation week here:



Sunny and 85 degrees all week with a nice breeze and warm turquoise waters. All inclusive's with no where to go means a lot of rum and beer. I have a few fuzzy hours where my memory of events is not too good.

The only negative was a 2 hour delayed flight on the way home, finally getting into Manchester around midnight and the battery in the van being dead. Yup, there I was standing in the middle of the parking lot in shorts and a sweatshirt. 10 degrees and wind chills to 0 degrees. All in all a good trip. Here is DD with her hair done and enjoying the sunshine:
