Ummm. Anybody notice the smoke stack is on the wrong end of cooker? It won't draw the smoke across the meat and you will lose most of your heat.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I took a look at their website it looks like most of their smokers are designed this way. Doesn't make sense to me, but maybe they know something I don't. Probably a few things, in fact!

Sorry you missed it. It was announced on at least two of the three major forums. So much traffic goes through the sites sometimes, I guess its easy to get buried and not seen. Maybe if enough guys express interest, we can do another "pool" of people.

I also missed it Chris. Saw it posted on FB, glanced at it and procrastinated thinking I had time. In the past I think we had a thread here and if it was posted, I missed it. If it is a group thing, lets do what we can to highlight it on all three venues. Too bad, someone missed out, I had Dolphin Tchotchkes I was going to give them.

Watching the only football on, a ridiculously boring Washington/Philly game. Then I get to watch the Dolphins take on the Chargers. What fun. Oops, Philly just intercepted again. Never mind, the ball was trapped.

Some great games yesterday though. The Auburn finish will be on the highlight reel for a long time. Gators lost but did better than expected. At least there is some fight in them. And, Miami lost to Duke. Two out of three ain't bad.

Edited: My bad, Washington made it interesting at the end. Too bad I had to put up with 3 1/2 quarters before then.

Nah... We've been done for a week. Although FIL is still at it. I've taken one of our semis over and been hauling corn for him for the past week.

Not a fan of the NFC East so I did not have a dog in that hunt. I just wished it wasn't so awful until they decided to play. But what do I know, I am a Dolphins fan. (Even though they just took a 17-10 lead.)
