I think you have flopping mixed up with something else. It's been a physical series thus far and the Bulls were fouling hard trying to get in the Heat's heads. Miami was pretty physical early on tonight too. The Bulls just don't have enough viable healthy options to foul that much. I don't think there was much chance for the Bulls to win tonight.

I don't like it, but if a team wants to be physical, then so be it. Either you play physical on both sides of the ball, but stop flailing up arms and crying that you were fouled. But, you certainly don't cry then when you don't get a foul called, and absolutely don't curse the refs and get ejected from the game.

Norm, I don't think you have the legs to be a dancer. :rotfl2:

True. Good to know you were checking out my legs. :lmao:

Good news. Bad news.

Bad news is I didn't see the 4th qtr of GS Spurs gams. First three were great.

Morning Guys,

It's Thursday and this is the first day this week I will have nothing to do this evening except drive DS to teh school dance. :cool1:

Have a good one.

All this talk about work and finances is depressing. Due to the drought last year, I'm pretty sure I can count on no bonus this year and maybe a cost of living raise at best, if anything.

I will get plenty of pictures. did I mention she is a rotten kid and will be rubbing my big nose in it for the next nine months.:lmao:
Does this mean you'll be getting daily restroom pictures? :confused3 :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

Congrats to her. I'm sure she'll have a great time!

Morning guys. Long day in the car ahead, thank goodness for DISDad podcasts :thumbsup2.

First stop Valparaiso, then Merriville, LaPorte, South Bend, and Elkhart :thumbsup2
Yuck. I don't think there's a worse town to try to drive through in the state than Merrillville. :faint:

Need help !!! Going to Disney in Aug with family. But then wife and I are going to try and go again by ourselves. We are looking at Sept, oct or Nov. oh when to go?

I'm not suggesting a time to go but I just wanted to point out, that's a good problem to have... :rotfl:

Have a great drive. I highly recommend any podcasts that have Jim Korkis as a guest. His disney stories are really engaging an humorous. He got his start as a kid by writing the names of animators down as the credits to cartoons rolled by. He lived in Glendale so he'd just look them up in the phone book and call them and talk with them about what it took to be an animator for Disney.

I used to have some good dance moves.
Anyone else envisioning Saturday night fever?

We've settled on 175. 100 @ BWV and 75 @ BLT. Sold my other SSR contract. With clever point use, we can get two weeks in studios a year or a week in a 1 BR (or 2 BR standard BWV). We pay less than $1K in dues per year. I've considered selling the BLT points, depending on how much longer the transmission lasts in the car.

For the next 3 years, it would be nice to have enough points to bring along friends so we'd like to be able to do a 2 Br. Then for the 7 years after that we'll have at least one kid in high school which will drastically limit our ability to travel. After that our kids will likely be in college so we'll only need a studio. Once our kids get married. It would be nice to have enough for a 2br twice or a 3br, but who knows when that's gonna happen. It's a struggle because it's a big decision and I know our short term and long term needs are likely going to be different.

Does this mean you'll be getting daily restroom pictures? :confused3 :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:
We really ought to start a yelp for Disney bathrooms.

Late september is a nice time, MNSSHP, low crowd levels and a lot of other dads are going to be there. I might try and space it out a bit though. Maybe leave a month or so in between trips so that you can really build up some good anticipation between them. If you could be there before the holiday crowds but after they put up the Christmas decorations and Osborne that'd be mighty tempting. To me Disney decorated for Christmas is extra magical.

:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

Let's see how well Dave does in the "Guess the Restroom Game: Cast Member Edition."

I'd imagine Dave could do a "Pop Up Video" Disney restroom edition that'd be really interesting.

That is a terrible problem to have. We like October with F&W and MNSSHP. Sept was not crowded at all - fun times. Not been in Nov, but it would be fun to get a MVMVP. If you can't solve that problem, you can always send me the money and DW & I will go to WDW instead. :lmao:

It is a big decision. Those dues can be a big expense, and while you know what you would like to have later, you don't know how that will turn out. Our first contract was 120 points at SSR resale thru Time Share Store. Easy process and great to work with. If you can figure out where you would like the best and what you can afford and can live with the restrictions (no points for cruises, etc), buy a small DVC resale contract first and see what is best. A 100 point resale contract may go around $7K. Then, if you need to add more contracts, you can. Or, you can sell them. You can then buy direct contracts thru Disney at 25 point intervals, which still gives you 75 every 3 years. If you buy a 400 point contract, then it is all or nothing.

As a Leaf fan, I respect Montreal, not so much Ottawa. I miss knocking them out of playoffs year after year.

As a Bruins fan, I have a lot of respect for the fans up there (except the one idiot with the stupid sign at game 3:mad:). It's awesome to see all the people in the streets having fun watching outside the arena. And I don't hate Kessel like a lot of people around here. We will be ending the series tomorrow night in Boston though. Will be at the game at center ice!

Let's go Bulls!

Now that I got that out of the way today turned out to be pretty good. I got the results of my yearly review and it was neutral (I got a 3 out of 5) so I got the company standard 2.5% raise. What this means is I am doing my job and short of a miracle or discovering a way to save a bunch of money there is no way to get a 4. I've gotten 4's before but that was when our company was making a lot of money. Last year I got stuck with a 2 and no raise because our company requires a forced distribution (which is complete beverly) and I was stuck in the middle of a bureaucratic mess.

So basically I'm back to where I was last year before our taxes went up.

Congrats on the raise. I'm still waiting for my review that was due in February. Expecting a 4% increase so not too bad. I figure at this rate I'll get a two year review by the time they get to it. The CEO is my boss so I guess I'll have to wait until he is ready.

Our vertically challenged DS7 rode Tower of Terror & claims it to be "off the hoozle". I guess he liked it?

Nice! A daredevil. My kids want no part of ToT.

hi guys!!! figure I would check in before this thread runs out. you ripped off 100 pages on the last thread and 22 on this one so there is no way I can catch up. prayers to those who need them. congrats to the sports kids and parents.
welcome new dads!! been veeeeery busy the last few weeks. got all four vacations ready to go. 4 trips to wdw in 8 months is fun trying to keep straight. work is busy which is a good thing. picked up a few new guys.
we will be leaving next sat. at 3am for wdw!!! I cant believe its almost here all ready. :crazy2: got the stacks of paper work done, got everything paid, printed, read and signed. briana did her last step last night and checked in on line with her roomie. she is pumped and ready to go!!!
this time in two weeks she will be going through traditions. she told me not to worry, she will be thinking of me while shes working for the mouse.im sure I will get plenty of pictures. did I mention she is a rotten kid and will be rubbing my big nose in it for the next nine months.:lmao:

have a good week and talk to you soon! :thumbsup2

Safe Travels! Let us know where she is working and we'll check on her in August when we are there. You think she's rotten now, wait until you get hourly texts about not being there.:rotfl2::rotfl2:

DW and I made a decision tonight to both take mental health days tomorrow, and book our trip since the RO deal is open to the general public. It'll almost be like a date!:rotfl2:

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Good luck with the bookings. I did ours on the Visa card so jumped in early. Still thinking POP? We are at POR.
