Day off for your birthday, we should make That a Man Law!

I would second it but I refuse to subsidize anybodies paycheck. Maybe the Controller of the Universe can see about that.

FWIW, I usually take the day as a sick day and get my annual physical so I don't forget. Though I have missed the last few. Once you start getting significantly older than your doctor you question their wisdom.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that. We have newer vehicles (i guess that's what I would cal it). Both have 100K miles, but are in really good condition. We have a Honda Odysee and a Lexus. Both good quality. Hoping the Lexus will last until DS gets his license and then I'll have a reason to get a newer car again.
:

That's why I liked having that Camry. I doubt the van will make it 5 more years. I can deal with the transmission, as I plan to get another decade out of that car.

‘

That there independent wealth thing always seems to elude me as well.
:lmao:

I'm just not happy with that 30 year plan.

You should ask them how many times you can listen to the pitch. If you could listen to it twice a weekend for 2.4 years you'd have enough to purchase a small contract directly through Disney at SSR or on of the other resorts or you could purchase a 160 point contract resale.

Brilliant. Sign me up . Will they fly me down there to listen to the presentation?

Morning guys :surfweb:

Hectic day yesterday. Last night my DD's did their home school year end musical celebration. It was awesome. The teacher does a great of teaching them multiple styles.

I am thankful and grateful for today! 8 years ago I was blessed to see my two princesses enter into this world and take their first breaths. I'm not sure where all the time has gone. We are so proud of the young ladies they have become. Happy 8th birthday Kate & Olivia :bday:

Happy Birthday to Kate and Olivia.

Very busy at work the last few days. Let's see what I can remember...

Fed - good luck on the new position. It may be new and scary, but remember, squeeze the trigger and it will feel exactly the same.

David - Happy Birthday to the girls!

Zerf - good luck to Briana.

New Guy - (sorry, I forgot your name already. I'll figure it out eventually) Welcome to the Club!

Everyone else - :wave2:

Turn and cough doesn't sound like a fun birthday present. :lmao:

Rainy Friday and can't get anything done in the field so time to take the laptop home to the recliner and work on some Powerpoint presentations until I put myself to sleep.

Birthdays were never fun occasions as a kid. The cousins would come over destroy whatever I got and generally cause chaos. I just never changed my expectations as an adult.

We may want to keep an :magnify:on that guy!

Definitely. But be careful, he's sneaky. He'll invite you for dinner in Chicago and then make you wait for 2 hours outside the restaurant.

Best. Teacher. Ever.:thumbsup2

:thumbsup2 Thanks for backing me up, Barry.

So does this mean you're not streaming live coverage of the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass? :rolleyes1

I think he just does that based on the clowns he's meeting with. When I met him for dinner, we got a table right away. :rolleyes1

Not this year..... :rotfl2:

Let's see here.... one meal was with my nemesis, one meal was with a nice gentleman from Indiana.... yup nailed it.

Why is it that I suspect the folks over at Disney’s Legal department just ain't gonn’a let that one fly?

He started it!!! DAD!!!!!

:lmao:

My folks heard that line a lot from their kids

Having only one young’en, I never heard it.
But since DW still had two kids in the house (counting me) she still got to hear that line from time to time.

Nice idea… not always possible, but a nice idea.

Actually mine lands on Mother’s Day this year so officially I don’t get a birthday this time around.
Wonder if I can deduct that one form my legal age?

And no Legionnaire's disease, either!

Not this year..... :rotfl2:

Ah, strike-shortened seasons don't really count anyway. When does football season start again?

You met Stopher? David? :confused3

LETS GET READY TO RUMMMMMMMMMBBBBLLLE!

Looking forward to tonight's game. Sonny's Fat Boys BBQ along with appetizers and a cocktail or two before tip off.

So far just signed up for the half. Might do the Goofy, but not sure yet. Is she doing the Goofy?

She was going to do the Goofy but since I signed up for the 5K, she said what the heck and is doing the Dopey. What's another 10K? She did tell me she is not going to get swept on the 5K so if I can't keep ahead of the sweepers, I am on my own.

The tough part is getting up at stupid o'clock four days in a row. Not sure if we will be hitting any of the parks on that trip.

Looked at it, to split up the stay, it would actually cost more. Only way to make it cheaper is to change the actual dates, but we're not flexible now. Got all my ADRs booked, I'm happy.:thumbsup2

Here is what we are looking at for Florida 2013:...

Nice!
