Saturday ownage.

Home from soccer. The team won 2-0. They decided to play this season on U14 fields, so youngest dd was really having problems running it. But, she'll get in shape as the season progresses. Her team is definitely not as strong as last year's team, and once again, found myself coaching from the sidelines. Next up, oldest has spring dance performance - Snow White and the Red Rose. It is just a bit part to sucker parents into buying tickets. Oh well, she likes it so that's what we do. Hoe everyone is having a great weekend.

Morning everyone...rare morning where the girls are still asleep. Tonight is a night shift leading to next week's night shifts.

Mine slept into 8:00 AM while I was up after 6. Grrrr.......

We lost in the championship today by 3. Had 3 wide open layups by our center with time running down and he missed all three of them. Each one would have been for the lead. They hit foul shots at the end to seal it. I found my self yelling....time ouuuuuuu, oh each time he missed. I think if we had taken the lead on any of those shots we would have won. .

Sorry to hear about the loss. It's almost more difficult when it is that close.

My training has come to a temporary stop because I was kicked by a patient at work and have a back injury from it...doing PT now and hopefully back on the street soon. I am starting to panick about it!

Evening guys, hope you all had a great Saturday.

A busy week as come to an end. Got home from the trip on Monday so work was a pretty hectic, played catch up and got ready for the board meeting we had today. Just for fun I threw in 3 volleyball tryouts and a basketball practice to keep it interesting.

We watched Radio tonight after I got home. Good movie, hadn't seen that before. Now I am sitting back watching my alma mater play in the national semi-final for hockey. Wild first period, 3-3 by the 10 minute mark.

Happy St. Patrick's day everyone. Some leprechaun came over night and left gold coins all over our house, and green "water" in the toilet... We never had this stuff when I was a kid, but oh well, they enjoy it...


Doing a 5k this morning with the family for a fundraiser. Going to be cold. Was going to run it, but will most likely walk with the kids as they won't be able to last long. Should be fun!

The Spring Dance performance is over and one less activity for now. Oldest dd had just a bit part, but played it exceptionally well.

We have another full day with Religious Ed, soccer, and Mass. it is a cold rainy day here now with snow predicted later. It will be a muddy field.

My day is planned out. In an hour I will watch the Florida/Ole Miss game. Then a trip to Publix for fixins for dinner. No corned beef and cabbage for this kid. Menu tonight is ribeye steak, baked potato, sautéed mushrooms and grilled tomato. Maybe a glass of wine.
