Forgot to ask on Facebook, did you carry the bacon with you into the park?

Yes, yes I did. Microwaved a package of bacon in the DVC villa for breakfast and wrapped 2 up in a paper towel and put them in my hard-sided glasses case then stuck that in my park bag. They made it through the bus ride perfectly intact!

The only thing better than bacon Dole Whips would have been if he'd picked a morning that there was some kind of elevated threat and security had dogs patrolling the bag check area.

I got a Disney Musical Souvenir from a friend last Friday. So, I'm catching up on the boards.

I know i've missed a lot... the last time I posted was in a Perry the Platapus level thread, so, that's how long it's been.

I'm going to try to get back involved. And that's not a guarantee. But we'll see. In between then & now, there was the convention I missed, so I hope ya'll had a good time.

This morning, I cooked bacon, so I thought about all the Dis Dads while doing that.

Plans are being finalized for DDCC 2.

Still planning on going. Is the window open for booking? I thought it didn't open until around May for the following January.

Really bad Monday. Feel like I have a hangover but the strongest thing that I drank all weekend was Iced Tea.

Tea hangover? You may want to call your friends and see what they put in your drink. Hope it gets better. Kind of quiet around the office here. At least I can get some stuff caught up. Finished January last week and into February.

Morning...hope everyone has recovered from getting their Irish on.. Didn't partake in anything, not even a beloved Guinness, DW and I are fighting off some nasty colds, wasn't really up to it.

Going to nap for a while, I have an ugly 4-12:30 shift tonight for year-end counts.

Hope you and DW feel better soon. The good thing is Spring starts on Wednesday. The bad part is we are supposed to get another 6-10 inches of snow in the next couple of days.

Morning guys. Went to dinner with the family to help my dad celebrate his 60th birthday yesterday. It was a nice evening and we got to share with them the news I've been teasing for a couple of weeks. DW and I decided to expand our clan and we should be getting the new addition sometime in October. I tell you, if this was baseball I'd be Ted Williams. Anyhow, fingers crossed for a DS this time. I love my DD's and wouldn't trade them for anything but I hear there is an ammo shortage so it'd be just as well.

We are both excited and a bit petrified of being outnumbered as well. Should be fun though.

Can't wait, I'll be there! Due to the news above I will be solo for this trip. Still trying to figure out when the next family trip will be.

Well, with 40 degree mornings (in South Florida no less..) and 35 mph winds, big ones were hard to come by---but I caught a bunch of good tournament fish...And no, there was no minivan...

Morning guys,

Off to the doctor in a bit to have him look at my shoulder. Still hurts like a bear. Hopefully I get some good drugs. I plan on filling out my bracket today so if it flops and I am high on pain killers, there is a built in excuse.

Brian, here are our temp plans for the trip...

5-22 Studios in the am, lunch at Brown Derby and MK at night
5-23 MK in the am, EPCOT in the pm and dinner at Chefs de France
5-24 Non park day. No plans as of now. Maybe Downtown Disney.
5-25 Thinking EPCOT in the morning and maybe AK in the afternoon/early evening.

Let me know if you have any ideas for a meet up.
